Pension Langebjerg Bornholm

I wanted to spoil my husband for his birthday and invited him out to eat at Pension Langebjerg. And we were spoiled! The staff was welcoming, friendly and very present. We got a good introduction to the evening's menu. The different servings were beautiful works of art with colors and structures. The dishes triggered small explosions of flavor experiences and the recommended wine elevated it to a higher level. A place that gets our best recommendations

Fantastic place to stay in Bornholm! Loved the room, loved the garden, the charming and hardworking staff, the food was outstanding. Such a welcoming and comfortable vibe. A really special place - can’t wait to come back!

August 2024 We haven't stayed overnight. We have bought breakfast bread a couple of times. Nice buns and croissants - we're not so fond of the little tea birches. We were there for dinner on a Thursday (Holy Thursday). The restaurant was almost full. Sweet and whimsical waiter. There are 3 courses for a starter and a main course. We both had roasted oyster hats for starters. It could have been delicious for the combination with oyster hats, a bit of crunch (pork rind) and pine nuts were perfectly fine, but it was floating in oil so it was very runny and those of us who ate it didn't have a good night. The accompanying bread was excellent. For the main course we had taglietella with beef ragu and ravioli with ricotta. Ravioli delicious and tasty. Taglietella tasty but also way too oily. We drank the house red wine and it was perfectly OK. DKK 1100 for 2 courses, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. A bit of a shame review because we came because of good reviews. But we'll be back for another chance.

You will find Bornholm's best bakery at Pension langebjerg. But hurry, they sell out quickly on the busy days. Great service and great location.
