Hi, after they changed ownership to Gondola, the pizzas have really gone down in quality, the same pizza man makes the pizzas, but they don't use the same ingredients at all, which is a shame, because they were really good before.

10/01/2026: Really good food, waiting time was short, it wasn't that busy. Delicious and crispy Chicken California burger and onion rings as a side order. Their onion rings are delicious and crispy. Not just a flabby ring. It's always clean and tidy, and the staff is very service-minded. It's just a shame that you have to drive from Roskilde to Holbæk. We need a Carl' Jr. in Roskilde.
22/11/2025: Today, November 22nd, I stopped by Carls Jr. Holbæk. I pre-ordered a burger as a takeaway with a whole wheat bun and no cheese. When I had driven a bit further, stopped in a parking lot to eat it, I discovered that it was a regular sesame bun WITH cheese. I had paid 5 kr. extra for the whole wheat bun and due to the staff's mistake, I had paid 5 kr. too much
