A really nice experience. We had actually checked the place on Trustpilot first and it didn't have many stars, but we read the reviews carefully, - both content and how new they were - and decided to give it a chance. We are really happy about that.
The food was absolutely fantastic. I haven't had such good Vietnamese food since we were in Vietnam ourselves. The flavors were authentic, and the quality was top notch.
The atmosphere also did something special - warm, lively and a little chaotic in a good way, which gave a feeling of being back in Vietnam. It really contributed to an authentic experience.
We sat by the window, where it was a bit drafty, but there was both a radiator and a heat lamp, so it wasn't anything that ruined the experience.
We came at 5 pm, and the house was already full, so definitely book a table if you want to be sure of a seat.
Definitely a place we can recommend and would like to return to.

For me, there is nothing better than a trip to Pho Hanoi, even though I can only get a table exactly every time (my own fault when I don't make a reservation).
The food always comes quickly and it is always phenomenal and everything I hope for.
But definitely book a table, there is very little chance that you can come at dinner time without a reservation and without problems get a table.
I can definitely recommend taking some wontons, a good bowl of pho bo, a Vietnamese iced coffee and then just enjoy your time at Pho Hanoi

Food serving is huge. Beef pho is light. Chicken red curry is creamy and comes with a lot of chicken meat and root vegetables. Spring roll is a bit over fried. Space between tables is at close proximity. Service however, is okay. English menu.

We came here for dinner when visiting Copenhagen. The server rudely asked if we had a reservation. And because we didn’t have one, she then said we could have a table until 7pm, meaning we had about 45 minutes to order and “inhale” our dinner. I’d walk away if it’s not because of my little one really wanted to eat Pho after a long flight. We ordered several dishes and drinks. They are definitely not authentic, and quite salty. We were all disappointed at their poor service and food quality.

Food is fine but the service and overall experience is not good. I was asked to finish my bowl within 45 minutes. The guy asked me what I wanted to order directly after handing me the menu..
Seating space is quite small.
The quality of the beef in the pho is not satisfying considering the overall price.
Soup of the pho is good but they overwhelmed the bowl with too many rice noodles which absorbs the soup immediately. I would suggest more soup and slightly less rice noodles.

When traveling, for me, giving a 5 star review is about my expectations. Not about how high end a place is. The food here was amazing! That, ultimately, is what I care about.

10/10!!! Delicious legit pho. Service is wonderful, we walked in and they found us a spot.
I highly recommend coming here.
