I ordered the grilled Mexican burger, which was delicious and had a good portion size. It came with fries and two types of sauces, both of which complemented the burger nicely. However, I also ordered a fresh lemonade, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. It tasted like it was made from bottled lemon juice mixed with some sugar and water, lacking the freshness I was hoping for.
On a positive note, the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. We sat outside, and I appreciated that they continued to take orders late into the night. I was there around
11 PM on a weekday, and the kitchen was still open, which is a great feature for late-night diners.

Phonix Cafe & Restaurant is located close to Norreport Train Station exit towards Rosenborg Castle street.
We ordered typical English food, cod fish and chips. It was fresh, very generous portions and at affordable price.
Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Yesterday the 3 of us went out in the morning to eat at Phønix. 2 of us chose their brunch special while the last of us ordered a pasta.
We were very satisfied with Phønix's selection for the brunch plate, which was both varied but also filling - a good round of food! The pasta itself was also really delicious.
When we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted by smiles and hospitality from the staff - inside the restaurant there was a nice, quiet atmosphere with an aesthetic design and a gentle, pleasant scent throughout the restaurant.
Overall a really good experience - Phønix can definitely be recommended!

We had dinner here after a long day of walking. Had the marinated chicken with hummus and salad. Service was surprisingly fast. Portion size was big and the food was delicious. Will definitely recommend if you are around this area.

Delicious food - open sandwiches (salmon, prawns, tuna) / fish and chips with yummy remoulade sauce / ice cream sundae for me (hadn’t eaten all day, two courses would have been enough normally). Set meal for my husband - prawn cocktail/ amazing salmon with lobster sauce / 3 dessert selection. Lovely Argentinian waiter was very helpful and excellent service. Food came quickly too which was a bonus. Total price much cheaper than we expected for the centre of Copenhagen. You can ask the waiter if you’re not sure how big the portion will be.
