Pingvin Aalborg

The bread served before the meal looks and tastes like something from the freezer section of the local supermarket. Wouldn't a little delicious home-baked bread do wonders? And the small salad in the middle of the plate was somewhat pre-chopped from a bag and therefore not particularly inspired. The portions of several dishes seem to have become smaller over time, while the price has only gone the other way. However, points must be given for the actual taste of the food still being good!

Delicious food and good service. However, the bread was very dry. It was not at all up to the standard of the evening as a whole.

Dos universidades visitando Pingvin después de un largo paseo por las calles de Aalborg. Entrando en el restaurante Pingvin nos recibió una amable camarera. Estábamos sentados y se nos presentaron los menús. Ambos decidimos por el menú de tapas, 6 platos cada uno. Todos los platos estaban sabrosos y bien cocinados. No hay mucho mejor comida y buena compañía. Resumen: comida sabrosa, restaurante acogedor, gran servicio. Reserva una mesa y pruébala. Estoy seguro que te gustará.

We were four people at Pingvin on 6 November 24 - We got tapas, but as an extra service you get a small basket of bread of a questionable factory quality: a pure anti-climax in relation to the wonderful food and fabulous dessert - An extra practice is parking related. - We parked in the nearby "Havnemøllen" by Meny for almost 3 hours. It cost DKK 80 - A visit to Meny probably costs DKK 0 for parking!
