A very special and intimate place Food made with love and a wine that was so lovely. Full attention from the waiters. Food came in at a nice pace, with a good explanation for each dish. We never ran out of very delicious foccacia bread (with oil and salt to dip in) and sparkling water came flying all the time. Very attentive waiter. We chose the fixed menu which consisted of several small dishes.. They were incredibly varied and very tasty and made with the finest ingredients. Would definitely come again. The restaurant is very small and you sit very close to a small table and small flimsy chairs, but somehow it worked incredibly well. Everything was adapted and everything just ran. Would not recommend the restaurant for larger parties unless you rent the entire restaurant 😃 The prices were a bit on the high end, but so was the quality

Tiny little restaurant with real Italian atmosphere and food! Only Italians were employed! Only minus - hard to park - so take a taxi or bus there!

OK+ but definitely not more. Antipasti, heavily undersalted carpaccio, the meat was delicious and the nuts dressed it up, 2 fritered spiny lobsters for DKK 165 tasted super delicious, but the price????? Salad with tomato and watermelon radish, tasted like Danish tomatoes. Main courses: Pasta with Frutti di mare... was not worth more than 3 stars, and the chanterelle pasta was the same. BUT the portion sizes were like small children's portions even though they were main courses, with relatively cheap ingredients. I may be old-fashioned, but going home and eating two round numbers after 3 starters and two main courses, I think is completely unacceptable, so those of us with a healthy appetite will not come again. The three stars are only due to a nice glass of natural wine, and some incredibly sweet and committed waiters

The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. However, the portions are extremely small, so if you’re really hungry this might not be the right place. The prices are also quite high considering the portion sizes. In addition, the restaurant itself is very small, and most of the seating is around the bar on uncomfortable chairs, something to keep in mind.

There are pasta dishes here that are truly exquisite, and the quality of which is tough to find outside of Bologna, Parma, Modena, and the rest. What is more, the wine-by-the-glass offerings are superior to any other Italian restaurant in Copenhagen, which makes this place a true gem. Congratulations to the servers, some of whom are experts in Shakespearean theatre, and the chef; they all truly make this restaurant an address to note in the Copenhagen foodie scene.

Absolutely amazing! Everything is good, everything is homemade! Try their tiramisu and even their orange wine!

Snagged a late booking at this cozy little place. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was as relaxed as a Sunday morning. The menu was well-rounded. The cappellacci was the star of the show, and the tiramisu was a salty surprise. A bit pricey, but hey, quality comes at a cost!

We visited Piola very late in the evening, around 9:40 PM, completely spontaneously – and were welcomed incredibly warmly. Despite the late hour and a menu that was already limited, the staff made a real effort to give us a wonderful experience. The service was attentive and personal, fast, friendly, and thoroughly professional. The atmosphere is stylish, lively, and still cozy. We had olives, cappelletti with ricotta, great cocktails, and a classic tiramisu. Everything was of extremely high quality and absolutely great in taste – authentic, Italian, and prepared with love. The vibe was open, warm, and genuine. You do pay a bit more, but in return you get real craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and an evening you’ll remember fondly.
