The bridge building itself is modern and aesthetically beautifully built into the landscape, and inside the building you will find a cozy café with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a light lunch while soaking up the surroundings. The parking close to Hammershus costs a small amount, but if you are up for a short walk, there is the possibility to park for free around Lake Opalsøen. The trip from there to Hammershus is not long - but it is, on the other hand, full of nature experiences and is ideal for hiking nature lovers who want to enjoy the landscape at a slightly slower pace.
