A Slice of Rome in the Heart of Copenhagen I recently had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable Roman-style pizzeria in Copenhagen that transported me straight to the bustling streets of Trastevere. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what was to be an unforgettable culinary journey. The star of the show was undoubtedly the pizza. True to its Roman origins, the crust was impeccably thin and delightfully crispy, providing the perfect canvas for the high-quality, flavorful toppings. Each bite was a testament to the skill and passion of the pizzaiolo. But the excellence did not stop there. The antipasti were a revelation, a vibrant and delicious prelude to the main event. Fresh, authentic ingredients were expertly combined to create a selection of starters that were both traditional and exciting. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional wine tasting journey. The curated selection of wines was impressive, and the knowledgeable staff guided me through a superb pairing that enhanced every dish. Each glass was a discovery, perfectly complementing the flavors of the food and telling a story of its own. This pizzeria is more than just a place to eat; it is an experience. The combination of outstanding Roman-style pizza, delectable antipasti, and a masterfully curated wine selection, all enjoyed in a cozy and welcoming setting, makes it a must-visit destination for any food and wine lover in Copenhagen. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Every time I come here I find they got even better. Pizza Cacio e Pepe is superb. Thin crust, solid, super tasty. Wine combination 5 star. Tiramisu? You dont find better tiramisu here in Denmark. If you are Danish and want to eat Italian you need to come here. If you are Italian and you wanna travel back to Italy for dinner, you need to come here.

Was able to get a table for 2 without reservation. My friend and I each got wine recommendations from the server and shared a caccio e pepe pizza. Everything was delicious!

A last minute book when we fancied something simple and authentic. It is away from the main drag of Copenhagen and had an edgy but authentic feel to the district. It was beginning to get dark and a bit cold as we entered this welcoming restaurant. It felt buzzy and we were shown into a far room where an extended family from Spain were enjoying a get together. Perfect companions. Menu is limited but we went for three salami pizza and an nduja. All delicious, pipping hot and crispy thin. We shared a mixed starter of unusual antipasti including chilli leeks. Very different from the norm but in a good way. Our waiter was helpful and courteous. Price wise, it was a fair price.

Great location, great staff and excellent pizza! We booked for dinner one evening as we had heard good things about this family run pizzeria. The décor was good and staff friendly. We asked about wine pairings to the pizza we wanted and our waiter knew it perfectly as the wine complimented our pizza! I would highly recommend a visit here and try their amazing pizza.
