Pizzeria Mamemi & Wine Bar København

We happened upon MaMeMi whilst on holiday in Copenhagen recently, purely through a Google search as we wanted to eat somewhere in the area. I'm so glad we did! The service was great, the food was delicious and beautifully presented and all for a food price. We had the pizza menu which was a set starter and dessert and a choice of pizza. Best pizza I've had outside of Italy!

Lovely pizzas and EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful service

Fantastic service, delicious pizza, a real gem a little away from the city center. I recommend making a reservation in advance. Desserts, drinks and wine are also delicious.

The pizzas were quite delicious. We ordered the carbonara and the guanchale with apple. The dessert was very good too, we ordered a coulant. Very friendly service and cozy place, with dim lighting. I recommend booking online. The price was a little expensive for what we are used to (Two pizzas, a water, a cocola, a glass of white wine and a dessert €74), but at least everything was to our liking.

I recently visited Pizza Mamemi in Copenhagen, and while it was a pleasant experience, there were a few areas that didn’t quite meet expectations. For one, the meat options were somewhat limited — mainly pork, with no other varieties to choose from, which felt a bit restrictive for those looking for more variety. Additionally, the tuna pizza I tried was unfortunately served quite cold, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, my Funghi pizza with egg was fantastic. The combination worked really well, and it was seasoned to perfection. The pizza itself was a Roman-style pizza, with a thinner crust than the traditional Neapolitan pizza, which was nice for a change. But I prefer a thick dough. Ambiente - nice Italian place to be. Italian is spoken under the service and cooks - so very authentic The service was polite and friendly, but overall, I wouldn’t rate this place as one of the top 23 pizzerias in Europe. I’ve had better pizzas elsewhere, so while Pizza Mamemi is a solid choice for a casual meal, it didn’t quite live up to the hype.

A last minute book when we fancied something simple and authentic. It is away from the main drag of Copenhagen and had an edgy but authentic feel to the district. It was beginning to get dark and a bit cold as we entered this welcoming restaurant. It felt buzzy and we were shown into a far room where an extended family from Spain were enjoying a get together. Perfect companions. Menu is limited but we went for three salami pizza and an nduja. All delicious, pipping hot and crispy thin. We shared a mixed starter of unusual antipasti including chilli leeks. Very different from the norm but in a good way. Our waiter was helpful and courteous. Price wise, it was a fair price.

Great location, great staff and excellent pizza! We booked for dinner one evening as we had heard good things about this family run pizzeria. The décor was good and staff friendly. We asked about wine pairings to the pizza we wanted and our waiter knew it perfectly as the wine complimented our pizza! I would highly recommend a visit here and try their amazing pizza.
