They have a simple but really good roast pork sandwich. The roast pork is juicy and the rind is crispy.

I always visit pølsebaren for the flæskesteg sandwich. It's very tasty and, in my opinion, the best in Copenhagen.

07/11/2024: Super nice food and ok amount for the money - their roast pork sandwich is really good, although not homemade cucumber salad or red cabbage (you shouldn't expect it at that price either), but super delicious brioche and pork. Their burger is also excellent - very simple, no character but still delicious and the quality of the ingredients is quite ok. However, I would recommend asking them to save on the dressings for the burger, as they take on an incredible amount, which dulls the taste a bit...
