An ambivalent experience for dinner. The food, the service and the atmosphere are all 5-star BUT I think it is problematic that the dishes are so small that you have to ask for extra bread several times - and eat the famous hot dog on the way home. Unfortunately, I experience this especially in fine-dining restaurants

The place is very cozy located in quiet street offering exceptional service and seasonal menu and great selection of wines. We ordered three course menu but I would have wished for a bit more fancy presentation of the dishes and more interesting tastes. All three dishes looked very similar served in a bowl eaten with spoon. Would have been nice to have variety of textures and structures on the plates.

Magnificent discovery like this city. Refined cuisine, very well executed work with flavors that make the palate sing. Oysters are revisited with intelligence. The sea bass, the cooking is perfect and the accompaniment of hot cucumbers is surprising in the contribution of assiduity to spice up the fish fillet. The pepper and wine sauce on the steak is amazing but in the sense of the freshness of the idea. The products are of good quality. The desserts are subtle like all the dishes served. This place is friendly, cozy and charming. Weronika our waitress speaks French, that’s the little extra for us. We were won over. Well done to them, keep it up. THANKS

We got the tasting menu, which turned out to be a little trip in white! All dishes were white! The taste is of course the most important, but it was still a bit strange. First course with hamachi was fresh, sour, spicy. Good start! The second dish with gnocchi had lots of delicious fat and umami - we had the dish upgraded with truffles, which can definitely be recommended (it also gave the dish some color and contrast to the white). The hake main course was almost perfectly cooked (maybe 30 seconds too much) but again a really delicious dish. The wine menu was clearly above average for Copenhagen - most of the wines were exciting and matched the food perfectly. I absolutely think that value for money is top notch for this restaurant and it has my warmest recommendation, also in light of the good service we received

Menukortet på Polly er ganske beskedent, men det opvejes rigeligt af høj kvalitet og tilpas variation. Kerneproduktet om aftenen er en 4-retters menu, men vi valgte hver sin forret og hver sin hovedret - gnocchi/tartar og kulmule/pebersteak - og det hele smagte fortræffeligt. Vores drikkevarer var hhv. to glimrende alkoholfrie øl og to glas fine Sancerre hvidvin. Oven i købet var betjeningen i top….så ingen tvivl om de 5 stjerner

Når en vegetar, en med diverse små alleriger og en gluten allergiger går i byen, kan det være en balance akt. Men ved vores besøg fik vi alle 3-4 små retter og de sad alle sammen i skabet, sammen med en super engageret tjener. Vi var super tilfredse og ikke så lidt imponerede. Vi kommer tilbae.
