Stopped in spontaneously on a Saturday evening after a long journey just before the kitchen closed, hence 3 stars. We paid over €80 for 2 burgers with fries, mayo and water. Unfortunately, it wasn't just the price that was salty - my game burger and fries were unfortunately far too salty. The burger was otherwise tasty (fluffy bun), but the portions were manageable. The service was nice but forgot our beer. The toilets were good.

Great lions mane mushroom burger. Fries and sauces all great. Would highly recommend for vegans and meat eaters alike. Service attentive and friendly. Lovely atmosphere. We had a drink outside under the heaters before moving inside for food. Overall, lovely experience.

A friend highly recommended the noma burger restaurant that cannot be missed. There was a slight problem with the reservation and when we arrived at the site, luckily we were able to come in and have a meal.
After ordering the set menu, I was able to try out Noma's approach. I could eat the burger directly as fine dining, or maybe go back to the burger and fries, which would actually be great.
The classic pickled taste and texture that I had in several appetizers are a bit special but not necessarily everyone will like it, but it does play a big role in relieving tiredness.
The beef cheese is very good, the taste of the inconspicuous bread is also good, the meat is tender and rich in taste, and the experience is still good.
The venison burger, with 100 added, has a distinct smoky flavor and a lingering texture that is not as strong as beef. It is different from traditional burgers.
Overall, the experience is good, but the price factor may make the choice different.

Restaurant is spacious and has good decoration. It wont be a hate speech but their burger is never that good i would give 3 or 4 points out of 10 considering the money you are paying for even though i agree that everyone can determine the price of their own product, going here and eating a tasteless burger at this price is definitely not a rational decision. Service was good, restrooms were spotless. I ate lion burger, my friend choose deer burger, forgive me for this comment but both were disappointment.

Best cheeseburger I (we) have ever tasted! Crispy fried, fresh bun, tasty steak, lots of creamy cheese and delicious red onions. Everything was perfect! So perfect that I had to try their veggie burger too. I probably should have waited until I was hungry again, because at that point it couldn't compare to the cheeseburger. Their fries were perfect and with delicious seasoning!
Cozy atmosphere and super friendly staff. Really nothing to put off, but rather something to try again soon.

Tried the tasting menu and was quite satisfied with the appetizers and sides.
First up, a golden beets with majoram and coriander seed in a thin oily broth, paired with a fruit juice. The juice cut through the lingering fats from the broth.
Next, crimini mushrooms with a foam and picked lingonberries. I don't usually like mushrooms, but the texture, was quite palatable. The seemed to be a salt crystal nestled under the cap of every mushroom, which, when combined with the foam and the sudden burst of lingonberry, left a good mix of feelings on my tongue.
The apple and pear salad was instructed to be eaten by hand. Individually, the apple and pear slices didn't quite make sense. They were thickly cut and seemed to overwhelm the lettuce. It was only when I tried a bite with both fruits and caught a fennel flower in the mix that I understood what they were going for. Really interesting mix of flavors with an understated dressing to hold them all together. I would return just for that and the mushrooms.
Last side was a charred leek with peanuts and a cream of some sort. I wouldn't normally eat leek, and would never pair it with peanuts, but it was surprisingly good.
Strangely, the burger ended up being the least impressive part of the meal. I went with the venison version, and was moderately disappointed to realize I couldn't taste the difference between it and the beef version. Impressive that not a hint of gaminess remained, but not quite what I expected from a "Deer Burger." Maybe it's better in the tartare?
Service was fantastic, though I think we got a bit forgotten after the burger course. We were left confused, sitting unattended for the last 20 minutes, wondering if we needed to ask for the bill or if we were waiting on a dessert course. I'm not sure if it was a cultural difference or just an odd quirk in the timing of our seating.
Kind of a bummer way to end after the first four dishes. Not badly, mind you, just slightly less than the reputation of the establishment and the first part of the night implied.

We discovered refined cuisine and the service is really pleasant. A little expensive though, especially for a cheeseburger. But it's worth it. It was very good. The flavors of the sides and starters are incredible!
