Lovely atmosphere!!! Sunny spot and loved people watching. We had the filter coffee but it didn’t have much body or flavor for the price. However the other beverage options may stand out more!

Great Coffee - a must try for coffee lovers

It’s usually grand but I was shocked at the matcha latte price hike, the matcha latte is 85dkk (almost 11.5 euros). Also, given this price point, it usually has to high quality and honestly it’s a bit disappointing

I took the batch coffee today and it wasn’t good actually, however the pastry from Juno is very good of course. Atmosphere and service were nice. Either the coffee here is overrated or I just had a bad luck today.

One of my friends works here and I have to say, they offer one of the best coffees in cph! Must try their latte!

Prolog is probably in my top 3 coffeshops in Copenhagen! The atmosphere is pleasant, cocooning, close to the center and the staff are charming. As for drinks and pastries, the choice is limited but perfectly executed. Special mention for the cinnamon roll which is divine! A little star less however, because the bill is steep, even for Copenhagen.

Phenomenal coffee prepared and served by a very polite and knowledgeable barista. Definitely on the pricey side (as most hand brews are), but 100% worth it. The place was quiet, even though there were a few people sitting in. Great selection of music, unlimited tap water and a clean and well stocked bathroom.

Order - Double espresso and filter batch brew Gear - Fetco batchbrewer and Mahlkönig E65S Served in - The most stylish ceramic cup on this planet. I have a huge bias in favor of these. No spoon or water though. In Addition he preventet an uncomfortable situation between myself and another costumer, the barista Duarte, was very understanding and offered to make another espresso on another grinder so that i could compare. Mood - 4/5 modern and bright but still cozy. Seating - 2/5 Acoustics - 3/5 a but noisy but not like La Cabra. Music - 4/5 Jazz Miscellaneous notes - These guys pulls espressos like nobody else, both in quality but also in style leaning much more towards clarity and juicyness than body and complexity. I prefere that style however you might not do so yourself. In my opinion this place is at the forefront of modern speciallity coffee in Denmark. They have a good selection but they only roast very light. They also played a big part in how i got into speciality and i own one of their cups. So maybe im bias but genuinely one of my favorite places in Denmark. Recommended for - Anybody who really likes light roast.
