Phenomenal coffee prepared and served by a very polite and knowledgeable barista. Definitely on the pricey side (as most hand brews are), but 100% worth it. The place was quiet, even though there were a few people sitting in. Great selection of music, unlimited tap water and a clean and well stocked bathroom.

Order - Double espresso and filter batch brew Gear - Fetco batchbrewer and Mahlkönig E65S Served in - The most stylish ceramic cup on this planet. I have a huge bias in favor of these. No spoon or water though. Coffee information - Filter: Costarica catuai natural and Espresso: Ethiopia washed Cupping score filter: Aroma - dried fruit Bitterness - 2/5 Sweetness - 4/5 Acidity - 2/5 Body - 2/5 Flavor - Dried dates Overall score - 6/10 Cupping score espresso: Aroma - Sweet espresso, classic prolog, nectarine Bitterness - 1/5 Sweetness - 4/5 Acidity - 4/5 Body - 2/5 Flavor - Fresh citrus fruits Overall score - 9/10 Service - 5/5 Answerd all my questions and did not make an awkward situation even though i was a bit confused when i walked in. In Addition he preventet an uncomfortable situation between myself and another costumer, the barista Duarte, was very understanding and offered to make another espresso on another grinder so that i could compare. Mood - 4/5 modern and bright but still cozy. Seating - 2/5 Acoustics - 3/5 a but noisy but not like La Cabra. Music - 4/5 Jazz Miscellaneous notes - These guys pulls espressos like nobody else, both in quality but also in style leaning much more towards clarity and juicyness than body and complexity. I prefere that style however you might not do so yourself. In my opinion this place is at the forefront of modern speciallity coffee in Denmark. They have a good selection but they only roast very light. They also played a big part in how i got into speciality and i own one of their cups. So maybe im bias but genuinely one of my favorite places in Denmark. Recommended for - Anybody who really likes light roast.

Wonderful little shop. They clearly have a passion for coffee. We had a Cortado and Latte with Cardamom roll and Bun with cheese. They were Perfect. It was very full when we arrived so ordered to go but ended up getting a spot outside and enjoyed our treats on the sidewalk seating. Would definitely recommend!

Love the aesthetics of @prologcoffee.cph as well as the quiet atmosphere and their friendly staff. My pour over came in a beautiful set for me to enjoy, and their coffee is certified @bcorpnordics !

Good coffee and they serve the baked goods from Juno on Mondays when Juno is closed. The morning bun with cheese is amazing as always!
