We drank a few beers here. Calm and cozy atmosphere. Not as much noise as other places which can be completely packed with people

Promenaden 1932 offers a cozy and stylish atmosphere where you can enjoy a nice dinner in quiet surroundings. The restaurant has a classic decor and the staff are friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant experience from the start. The food was generally good, but there were some small details that could have been better. All in all, Promenaden 1932 is a fine place to eat.

We were here for a night drink, nice place, big bar with a good selection. No big tv or loud music, so we could talk and have a nice conversation.

Looking for an unpretentious restaurant with excellent food, white tablecloths and a mature local clientele? You found it! Had the boeuf bourginon. Excellent. Beaf falling appart with carrots and mushrooms, best brown sauce ever and mashed potatoes. Tuborg classic. My wife had the halibut. Just slightly browned in the oven with delicious cooked celery in some kind of sauce and a side of green beans. Riesling. If you are looking for a slightly modern take on traditional food you can recognize, this is it. Hope they don't get a Michelin mention as it would get overrun with tourists. The place is already full as it is so get a reservation

20/02/2025: Bought a delicious bun to take home. I had a bucket with me and was given sourdough in the bucket for free. So now I can skip a whole week of starting and feeding a sourdough. Looking forward to baking with the sourdough.
17/02/2025: Meyer's original first, and very popular café, in the middle of Gl. Kongevej, which has changed style several times over the years. Here, girlfriends meet for a 2-hour chat & latte, the pram people park the sled outside(!), girlfriends and older people for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. The place is not big and resembles a confused cafeteria where people wander in and out all the time. The service is help-yourself, including clearing the table from the hipsters and truncheons who are above that sort of thing. The prices, on the contrary, are on the high end, for the ecologically meaningful food that is imposed on you. Cozy, but Meyer's brand has been eroded and it has been far better.

27/01/2025: It tastes great. I got delivered with Wolt. Once noodles and then it costs DKK 12 per thing you want in it. It can quickly become super expensive. So in terms of price it is quite high. It is recommended that organic eggs are used (you can choose yourself). I would happily order from here again.
24/01/2025: Good taste, huge adult portion. The rice had been cooked a little too long. Maybe I was just unlucky. Will order again. Price, size and taste are just top notch
