Traditional Danish food in a super cozy space

Really delicious menu, every dish was fantastic. We also enjoyed the Garnet Beaujolais by the glass 👌- so good with the Cod. Can only highly recommend this little cozy restaurant and will be back for sure. Tak for mad!

We had lunch here as we wanted danish food. We ordered 2 mains: Breaded plaice open sandwich: Fish was pretty normal. We didn’t enjoy the classic danish bread as it is very dense. Wish they had toasted it for better texture. Roasted pork open sandwich: It was indeed crispy but it has very strong pork smell. Prefer the red cabbage that goes with it. Service was slow. Make waiter took a while to respond to get us a table even though it only had 3 tables occupied. Food service was again slow. We were the only table waiting for food as the earlier customers were done. Staff were more interested to talk to each other on unhappiness at work. The female staff had curtesy to walk off after presenting the pos machine so that customers do not feel pressured to give tips. Kudos to her. I kept myself occupied by examining the royal copehagen plates used. Maybe we were just unlucky. Seems like others were lucky at dinner.

Delicious meal and great people. We wanted to try classic Danish dishes and were not disappointed. The waitress has explained nicely every dish, what it was and how she recommend to eat it. Great experience and recommend.

Rustic atmosphere. Good service. The only thing we didn't like was the food. It was good, but we expected much more for the price. There are better restaurants in Copenhagen for the same price or even less. We wouldn't go back. I'm a vegetarian, and every dish I ordered was bland. The drinks were just okay. So much so that we each ordered only one and didn't want any more.

Siamo stati consigliati dalla nostra guida turistica che ce lo ha indicato per la qualità dei piatti. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione suggerita sul menù ed abbiamo cenato veramente bene! Cibo squisito, cortesia del personale e locale molto accogliente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Popped in for lunch limited sandwich menu. Sat outside in the sun which was lovely. Attentive wait staff. Food was tasty although generally it was a little overpriced especially the beer. A large beer is definitely not my idea of a large beer.
