Great night at Qudu. We were a party of eight who had a 10-course sharring menu spread over four servings. The food was delicious throughout, but I would particularly like to highlight the tartar and the lemon curd dessert. The tartar was an explosion of flavor and every mouthful was a real pleasure. The same can be said about the excellent dessert consisting of a glass of lemmocurf and semidried raspberries. Hang on it was good. I can warmly recommend Qudu in Holbæk. Good food, professional service and a nice atmosphere.
