Great experience dining at this quaint Smørrebrød restaurant. A delicious variety to sample from at excellent prices. 3 per person is quite fulling. Happy to have been regulars here during our time in Copenhagen!

I'm so sorry I didn't find this place on my first day in Copenhagen, because I would have eaten there every day! It was truly delicious, for such a small price for Denmark! I'd love to try all the flavors!

I love the vibe of this place. All were delicious. I get the impression they make these in a similar way to when the place opened in 1947. Simple, fresh, reasonably priced. Great location. Please support this business.

Walked in to locals dining and ordering, no wonder, as this place has amazing traditional danish food for an amazing price. They accept euro cash! Not common at all for CPH so I asked the kind gentleman how come and he explained how irritated he was seeing exchange rates from euro and thought to be the first to make this change for visitors. Highly recommend!

Just walked past it and the breads were looking great walking in you get a lil place to sit. Best food I’ve Head here so far in Denmark simple, cheap and just delicious

Loved the delicious and fantastic value smorrebrod from this lovely and traditional sandwich shop in Copenhagen. The owner was super friendly and made everything himself. I especially would recommend the salmon and horseradish Smorrebrod! There is a little bar to sit inside or tables outside and it's also possible to have them packed up for a picnic. It was a highlight of my recent trip to Copenhagen!!

18/09/2026: The food was truly delicious and tasty. The portions were also quite large; it's unlikely you'll leave the table feeling full. Even though only two people were working when we went, the service was very fast. What we liked most was that we felt like guests, not just customers. The complimentary tea after the meal was also a great welcome, especially for us as Turkish people. If you're hungry in Copenhagen and looking for a nice Turkish restaurant, this is a place you can choose without hesitation. We were very satisfied and I definitely recommend it.
