He makes that very good pepper shoyu and if i will have a chance to eat it one more time i will but i wasnt have that much enought money

I have been to their other establishments and I must say this lives up to the standard they keep at their other locations. I have always like their ramen and side dishes. I would recommend eating here if you are near by.
Strange to see such a low rating. Perhaps the staff assumed there was no need to provide good service for transit passengers? I hope that’s not the case, as Mr. Mikkeller has always positioned himself as someone who prioritizes quality.
That said, my own experience was pleasant — and I also enjoyed some great ramen in Malmö and Copenhagen.

I'm from Kurume city, the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen. I want to make tonkotsu ramen better around the world, so I'll post a review, even though it's a bit harsh.
[Soup] There's no animal smell like Kurume ramen. I think there are some restaurants in Tokyo that serve this kind of soup. It's similar to the soup of Marutai Stick Ramen.
[Noodles] Medium-thick noodles with no curls. They were boiled a little hard, which I liked. I would have preferred thin noodles to make it closer to Kurume ramen.
[Toppings] There's something like sauerkraut on top, but I've never seen that in Japanese tonkotsu ramen. Maybe pickled ginger would be close. The char siu was delicious. It wasn't like the mess of vegetables that is common in European ramen.
Overall, I got the impression that if you were to eat tonkotsu ramen at a Japanese university cafeteria (excluding sauerkraut), it would be like this. The price was 150 DKK, three times that of Tokyo and four to five times that of Fukuoka, but considering the cost of living in Copenhagen I thought it was cheap.
I'm grateful to be able to eat tonkotsu ramen in this faraway Nordic country.

The food was fantastic and the food was ready in just a few minutes the atmosphere could have been better and there was almost no music but there was an open kitchen so you could peek in and watch them make the amazing dishes they served there

I was genuinely surprised! Airport food usually bites a chunk out of your wallet, but my meal here was only about four euros more expensive than what I'd pay back home.
And besides the price tag, the view from the window is just something else. You're sitting there, eating, and planes are taking off and landing right in front of you. It's awesome for chilling out before a flight. So yeah, definitely recommend it if you're ever there!
