Ramen to Bíiru Frederiksberg Frederiksberg

The ramen was really good, there are spice levels ranging from 1-4 with 4 being the most spicy. 3 is still manageable, i think i should’ve chosen 4.

Barely found a place to sit before my ramen was served.

Excellent ramen joint. Hot noodles and cold beer.

Had another lovely bowl of ramen at Ramen to Biiru. We love the low key, fuss free atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is always hot and tasty and well portioned.

Decent ramen restaurant. Unfortunately the spiciness of the nr 4 spicy ramen (available in 4 different spice categories) differs a lot between restaurants and day.

All their food is very good. I think Have actually only tried Spicy Miso Soup with pork belly meat. Goes perfectly with ice-cold cask-aged Japanese Rice lager beer. No need to order anything else. Heavenly meal. The delicious chicken pieces have unfortunately disappeared from the side order menu.

The plates arrived very quickly, and delicious ! Great atmosphere, would come back again !

Nice place, but food is not that good. The spicy ramen is too spicy even though I am used to eating spicy food. They don’t tell you how spicy it is, and 165 kr with an egg and I was not even full, not enough food for the money. The chicken mince was literally non existent, it was like eating spaghetti in a very sowing soup where I had to fish for something solid. The place is cozy, but seat are too small.

This place generally delivers a solid ramen experience, but this time we found the spicy miso meat ramen a bit disappointing. The broth was overly seasoned, and the minced meat was so dark it looked more like beef than pork, which threw off the balance of the dish. While the noodles were cooked well and the toppings were fresh, the flavor of the meat overwhelmed the other elements. The ramen is on the pricier side, which makes consistency even more important. On the positive side, the service was efficient, and the casual ambiance remains inviting. If you’re looking for a unique ramen spot, it’s worth a visit, but we hope for more consistent seasoning in the future.

Dear Ramen to Biiru team, As a frequent and faithful visitor since 2020, I would like to share some feedback. Over the past year, I have noticed a change in the quality of your ramen, which both I and other guests have unfortunately been upset about. For example, you used to use pak choi, which added a fresh and delicious taste, but it has now been replaced by cabbage, which unfortunately seems tasteless. It also lacks the same power that you got in each bowl - It has become very thin and watery over time. I still enjoy visiting you guys, but wonder where the former depth and love of flavor has gone. In addition, I have noticed that several of the old favourites, such as Bjergsø Yuzu, Shio and Chicken Karaage, have disappeared from the menu. Is there a particular reason for these changes?
