Good place for Ramen. Tasty and good portion size 😋

I ate Spicy Miso Vegetarian Ramen. It was delicious. Spice level 2 was good for me. I think it is Asian level 2. It may be equal to Danish level 4. Service was flawless from beginning to the end, even I ordered the wrong food and asked if I can change it. They were kind and helpful. The place has both an outdoor and an indooor area. I chose the outdoor. It was lively and serene. Indoor was more crowded wih young adults. This place may be more popular with them.

Ramen To Bíiru is a fantastic restaurant that really manages to combine authentic Japanese ramen with a modern atmosphere. Upon arrival I was greeted by Max DLC who quickly made me feel welcome. The decor is a wonderful mix of traditional and modern, which creates a cozy atmosphere. I ordered their signature ramen and it was an experience for the taste buds. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was rich and aromatic, with a lovely balance of salt and umami. Toppings like chashu (pork), marinated egg and fresh vegetables added a lovely dimension to the dish. I also liked that they had a selection of beers that complemented the food well. The waiter Max Dlc was really a pleasure to have as a waitress. He was both friendly and attentive which made the whole experience even better. Max took the time to explain the menu and recommended some fantastic dishes which really lifted the meal. He had an infectious energy that made you feel welcome and appreciated. It's always nice to meet a waiter who is passionate about his job and makes sure the guests are comfortable! All in all, my visit to Ramen To Bíiru was a pleasure and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves ramen or wants to try something new. It is definitely a place I will return to!

The food is very good, but there are few options on the menu.

It's probably the best vegetarian ramen I've ever had. (stock is vegan, I added an egg) Took the spicy miso one - and it's really close to ones I've had in japan that were not even vegan. Only one downside - pretty expensive (170 dkk)

A sure favorite! Cozy both inside and out. Spicy Goma Ramen is our go-to.

Wish there was a bit more noodles, but overall pretty good value for the price

Had the best kimchi here! I lived one year in Korea and was impressed by how fresh and good the kimchi tasted. The ramen is super good too and could easily serve two meals. Very nice staff

Different types of Ramen and Mikkeller beers. Fantastic!
