Best ramen I've ever had!! So tasty and good selection of beer!

Great place. Super friendly and great food, and beer.

Both was good, but the pork in the both was very tough, even the pork mince. Only eaten the once to be fair. Could have been something just on that day.

I ate Spicy Miso Vegetarian Ramen. It was delicious. Spice level 2 was good for me. I think it is Asian level 2. It may be equal to Danish level 4. Service was flawless from beginning to the end, even I ordered the wrong food and asked if I can change it. They were kind and helpful. The place has both an outdoor and an indooor area. I chose the outdoor. It was lively and serene. Indoor was more crowded wih young adults. This place may be more popular with them.

Ramen To Bíiru is a fantastic restaurant that really manages to combine authentic Japanese ramen with a modern atmosphere. Upon arrival I was greeted by Max DLC who quickly made me feel welcome. The decor is a wonderful mix of traditional and modern, which creates a cozy atmosphere. I ordered their signature ramen and it was an experience for the taste buds. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was rich and aromatic, with a lovely balance of salt and umami. Toppings like chashu (pork), marinated egg and fresh vegetables added a lovely dimension to the dish. I also liked that they had a selection of beers that complemented the food well. The waiter Max Dlc was really a pleasure to have as a waitress. He was both friendly and attentive which made the whole experience even better. Max took the time to explain the menu and recommended some fantastic dishes which really lifted the meal. He had an infectious energy that made you feel welcome and appreciated. It's always nice to meet a waiter who is passionate about his job and makes sure the guests are comfortable! All in all, my visit to Ramen To Bíiru was a pleasure and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves ramen or wants to try something new. It is definitely a place I will return to!
