Ramen to Bíiru København

Ramen for locals. Not the real deal. Like chicken chow mein ain’t nothin like that in Asia

They changed the way they do the meat for their spicy miso, which is a stark downgrade. It used to be the star of the dish, now we get a slice of congealed-textured, soft, less-flavored mess :/ We also got slightly over-cooked eggs, and the cooling of the beer glasses was apparantly too costly of a gmmick, since it’s not done anymore (or maybe it was just this time?). The experience felt a lot cheaper than previously.

Close, but no cigar. The atmosphere is wonderful! I enjoy the concept of shared seating, one of the signs on the wall even encourages you to make friends. They make their own cola, which is alright, and made to look like a beer to fit the aesthetic. The food was lackluster, though. I had the Uki bowl. It tasted like it came from a noodles pack. Of course, not /bad/ per se, just definitely not up to the standard of a ramen bowl in a restaurant. Service was lovely! Didn't expect him to speak English to me just based off of how I looked. That's called paying attention!

We really liked it!! Sometimes you are sat together at a large table, which we thought was cool. Despite the store being full, I received good advice when it came to choosing drinks. About 50 euros for two people was good for Copenhagen standards :) We had a lovely time with good food!

Ramen is always delicious in several varieties. Recommend spicy miso ramen wind strength 3 😉

Amazing food and service. Good vegetarian options

As a Japanese person, I was quite disappointed with their Goma (sesame) ramen. The broth was incredibly light, almost like just hot water (definitely not the type of light but rich broth you’d expect). The noodles tasted really cheap, like the kind you’d get from a low-budget packet at an Asian grocery store. The toppings were bland, just flavorless cabbage and average minced meat. I used to really enjoy their Goma ramen a few years ago in Nørrebro, but it seems like the quality has really dropped.... What happened? For comparison, Slurp Ramen joint is much better, and they've consistently delivered great quality for the past five years. I’m so sorry to say this place is overrated now. I wouldn't recommend it anymore, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. (On a positive note, the ebi furai was good – super crispy.)

The ramen was excellent and the service was very friendly. We had to wait outside for a while because there were a lot of people interested, but we were put on the waiting list and were quickly asked inside. Insider atmosphere and good food, very reasonable price for Copenhagen. We would love to come back.

There is a good option to consume ramen, the place offers different types of drinks. It also offers blankets so you can eat outside in the cold of the city in a more comfortable way. The place in general is good.
