Raw 'n' Rice Furesø

I’m French and have lived in Japan, and the sushi at this restaurant is even better and fresher than some of the sushi I’ve had in Japan itself. Since I often visit Copenhagen to see family and travel, this sushi restaurant is a must-visit for me—every time I eat their sushi, I feel like I’m back in Japan! Thank you for making such delicious sushi, allowing us to experience its true flavor even while abroad. Their rice, in particular, is sweet, fragrant, and perfectly soft—thumbs up 👍👍👍

This is the best sushi I’ve had abroad in all these years. The rice is fragrant, sticky and perfectly cooked, and the ingredients are fresh and safe—it’s on a par with sushi in Japan itself. Thumbs up 👍👍👍

A spontaneous lunch turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. The food was incredibly delicious and the staff were super friendly.
