If you got the time for it, Regatta Pavillionen is worth a visit. But let's face is - because of the nice location and the tranquility. That's it. Food, drinks and service is ok but pretty average for a place like this. The restaurant and the various room for private parties have a beautiful lake-view. During spring and summer you will often see quite a bit of canoodling on the lake. I found that part pretty cool and a nice break from the vibrant city :)

Regatta Pavillonen offers a simply wonderful experience! 🤩 The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, even with the snow outside. ❄️ I really enjoyed my visit and the lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🍽️✨

Really good experience at Regatta Pavillonen. We had roast pork ad libitum, and the quality was high. Everything was freshly made, the pork was crispy, the parsley sauce tasted really good, and the potatoes were just sitting in the cupboard. As a bonus, there is a super nice view over Bagsværd Sø, which just makes the experience even better. Definitely a place we would like to come back to.

A really cozy restaurant, with delicious food, a sweet and attentive staff, and a cozy place. Really worth a visit. We will be back.

Super experience on a Friday evening where we had a very tasty 7 course menu and a wine experience where we could choose between 3 white wines and 6 red wines. Fantastic service made the visit an experience I will always remember.

Just got home from the most wonderful Christmas lunch at your place. Everything was so delicious and well prepared, the place was beautifully laid out and the staff were so sweet and service-minded. We left full and happy.

My friend has just celebrated her half-round birthday here at the Regatta Pavilion this weekend! Everything was fantastic, the most beautiful table setting and the food - really delicious: a 3-course menu - so lovely and beautifully presented! We had the best girl's lunch and stayed all afternoon and into the evening! Cozy and a great place for the occasion - great setting and great service!!!!

24/06/2025: Super cozy and beautiful place. Very fantastic view, high ceilings, delicious decor and great food..
22/06/2025: Vi var på familieudflugt med Bådfarten i forbindelse med min mors 80 års fødselsdag og stod af båden ved den smukke Aldershvile Slotspavillion. Vi havde bestilt kaffe og kage, og da vi ankom, var der dækket op til os på terrassen med den skønneste udsigt over Bagsværd sø. På trods af at de ventede et stort bryllup, fik vi en utrolig gæstfri og nærværende betjening af den sødeste værtinde/servitrice, der tog sig god tid til at fortælle om stedet og vise os de smukke lokaler. Og kokken der havde lavet den lækreste, bagte cheesecake til os kom også ud og fortalte om kagen og hyggesludrede. Da vi skulle afsted igen tog den søde værtinde et smukt familiefoto af os på trappen foram Slotspavillionen. Et dejligt minde om et virkelig dejligt besøg.

23/12/2025: I've had Søborg Kaffehus on my top 5 cafe list for a few years now. As the comparison base gets bigger, it's impressive that they keep you at the top 😀 Great coffee, great service, and a nice croissant... What more could you ask for?
20/12/2025: A nice place, with a good atmosphere. However, I think it's a somewhat tacky dining experience when you are served a soft croissant without crispness, considering the prices. Personally, I have gotten higher quality in various bakeoff croissants, for 1/4 of the price.
