Restaurant 1971 Frederiksberg

07/09/2025: Really fresh and great tasting sushi. Lots of different menu items to choose from and the combined menu boxes have a good variety. The only complaint (or benefit to some) is that the sushi pieces are really large to the point of being too large.

24/08/2025: We were looking for typical Danish dinner, but saw a stand outside Fusion Monkey mentioning poke bowls and decided to give It a chance. The one we choose was Luxury Bowl. First of all - it was very satisfying portion. Second - every ingredient was fresh and tasty. Third - although there was a lot of take out orders at the time, we weren’t waiting long for ours. If we ever come to Copenhagen - we’ll definitely visit Fusion Monkey again.
