Good food, ample selection. Great dessert.

A large buffet with a variety of choices! The soup wasn't good, but the sushi, Mongolian barbecue and dessert section were really good!

We have been to Big World several times and every time the food is good. We have not had any disappointing experiences yet.

Everything was actually fine. Unfortunately, one of the staff members took her bad mood out on the guests and was extremely unfriendly and moody the whole time. That's something they should work on. The food was good though :)

The Big World buffet is a rather small buffet, but the food was all very tasty and not as greasy as you sometimes find. However, the selection of items you could have freshly cooked was quite limited compared to other buffets. We would have liked a bit more variety here. Overall, we would give it 3.8 stars. A major drawback of our experience, however, was one of the servers. We weren't even properly greeted, but were shown directly to a table. We hadn't even arrived at the table when the tablet for ordering was placed there, and the server left again without any explanation or anything. The server was also very unfriendly to other guests. When a drink was ordered, the server rolled their eyes as soon as the customer turned away. Even when paying, there was no "thank you" once, and the whole experience was very unpleasant. Of course, everyone can have a bad day, but being so unfriendly to all customers simply detracts from the overall impression of the restaurant. We would still recommend the buffet, though. The Gourmet Guild.
