Restaurant Bind Aabenraa

A super nice restaurant, can only be recommended. Super service and nice atmosphere.

We were there in September this year (2018) spontaneously eat there! I waited a few more months before writing this review, to possibly find a restaurant that could surpass this this year. This wasn't possible for me- and therefore: this restaurant is my absolute highlight for 2018! Place-restaurant-facility-food-service-drinks and the hosts are all excellent! I have to say that there has NEVER been a restaurant where I had nothing to complain about, but that was the case with BIND! Particularly noteworthy is the reception and aperitif in the kitchen. MOIN and AHOI Now 5 years later… the same game, everything perfect, even EVEN more relaxed and a GREAT evening - 6 courses all in... Food ABSOLUTELY excellent, especially the sommelier outstanding trip of the wine pairing! Service from a young female specialist was SENSATIONALLY charming, and the experienced young chef then drove us to the hotel in his private car! INCREDIBLE- THANK YOU 🙏 tak skal you have!

Fine restaurant, very good, polite and humorous service. We opted for the 6-course menu with matching wine accompaniment. Simply great. The greeting from the kitchen started promisingly. Then there was: 1. Salmon soufflé Auberge de L'ill with Riesling sauce, tomato compote and fleurons 2. Langostinos essence with your own tortellini, morels and small vegetables 3. Fried duck liver with truffle sauce, quince puree and Jerusalem artichoke 4. Danish veal with Madeira sauce, celery, black garlic and stuffed potatoes 5. Apple dessert with crispy meringue and caramel ice cream 6. Cheese from French farms Everything was very, very tasty. I'll post some photos.

Wonderful restaurant with efficient but humorously relaxed staff and high-quality food. The prices for a three-course menu are quite reasonable even by German standards, and the costs for alcoholic drinks in Denmark are correspondingly high.

An incredibly beautiful building with a location right down to the Flensburg fjord. We were welcomed by Pia with her infectious good humor and assigned a seat in one of the cozy living rooms. We chose the full package with 6 courses and accompanying wine menu. All dishes are a delight for the taste buds, and good matching wines. There were some missteps with the service, but this is amply compensated by the good atmosphere and general good service and the sublime food. Can be highly recommended.

Super service, to højde for jeg ikke var til fisk og fik jomfru hummer i stedet. Byttede to vine til at matche vores smag. Et besøg værd.

Really good and delicious food experience in a good atmosphere. Beautifully furnished villa in a great location. This evening it was very busy and the service was not well coordinated. We experienced several times that two different waiters asked the same thing. A wine cooler for the white wine would also have been nice, and the bread wasn't fully baked until we had eaten the starter. Overall a good experience.

Restaurant mit Niveau und guter. raffinierter französischer Küche. Personal freundlich professionel. Wenngleich teuer sodoch gutes Preisleistungsverhaeltniss. Tolle Weinkarte. Dort wird das Essen zu einem Erlebnis. Ein wahrer Lustgewinn. Zu emphelen mit gutem Gewissen. Zu Recht die Nummer Eins der Gegend

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen wirklich sehr lecker im Bind beim Essen. Das Ambiente war wunderschön, das Essen wirklich sehr lecker. Der Service war gut bis zu dem Zeitpunkt als ein Essen gebracht wurde das nicht bestellt war. Ein Missverständnis - falsch verstanden ... was auch immer / egal von wem dieser "kleine" Fehler ausging!!! Alles kann passieren, was überhaupt nicht ging, war die Reaktion der Chefin! Wie umgedreht - unfreundlich, der Wein wurde nicht mehr präsentiert, Nichtachtung. Das geht gar nicht und schon gar nicht in einem guten Restaurant! Essen top - Lokal top, Service top - Chefin ein absolutes no go!!! Schade
