Cozy but expensive and got lukewarm/cold coffee.

A lovely authentic Danish restaurant in the middle of the green park, delicious herring with accompanying schnapps and beer!

Simply a fantastic experience. Incredibly down-to-earth and informal service. The food was more than worth the money. The location is just absolutely fantastic. Such a cool experience, and such a cozy atmosphere.

Very nice traditional Danish food as it should be (I am Danish). Superb quality for the price. Everything seemed homemade and was very tasty. Good idea to book a table in advance. The service was great and the atmosphere very cosy in the small cabin.

Remember to book a table. Top class Danish smørrebrød on top of Valby Bakke surrounded by big old trees. Life is good when you sit and enjoy some of the many temptations in the sun.

There were hardly any guests that morning, but excellent service by Fabian.

Esta pequeña joya nos fue recomendado por nuestra anfitriona Airbnb cuando preguntamos sobre la comida tradicional danesa. Se encuentra junto a un gran parque y, en un día soleado, sentarse en el jardín bajo sombrillas es un placer. Teníamos uno de sus platos compartidos. El personal era amable y, como la mayoría de los daneses, hablaba un excelente inglés. Platter fue generoso. A la Sra. Despot le encantó el vientre de cerdo frío con pepinillos caseros. Al Sr. Déspot le encantaba el arenque encurtido. Muy recomendable.

Delicious food, great service and a cozy oasis at the top

Nice and friendly waiter! Fresh and tasty smørrebrød! All fixtures are not new and state of the art, but I find that charming! However, too many dogs among the guests for my taste, but I'm not fond of dogs either!
