We all really loved the food and atmosphere here! We were reading the menu and someone said it was really really good so we tried it and really liked all the different flavours and trying Danish food.

**Incredibly good food and very attentive service** We actually wanted to have dumplings, but they only accepted cash payments, so we went to this restaurant. We had a shrimp cocktail for starters. The main course was halibut and ribeye. Everything tasted top-notch! The fish was super juicy, the meat was medium-rare and tender, and the vegetables were crisp and delicious! The price was absolutely reasonable! Highly recommended!

Went to a few restaurants during lunch on a weekend and did only managed to get a table here. Food was average.

Beautiful atmosphere. Music was to loud

The smoked salmon was awesome, not so much the shrimp. The pork was tough to chew and cut but the potatoes were yummy!!!!

A great smørrebrød place right next to Strøget. Christiansö herring with wholemeal bread is one of my big favorites, as is lukewarm liver pâté with crispy bacon. Nyttorv is genuinely Danish and of course has good beer and a wide selection of schnapps. Despite its location close to the tourist strip, the prices are affordable. For those who like smørrebrød, Nytorv is definitely worth a visit. It is wise to book a table in advance.

Everything was okay, it was just a shame that they didn't give out extra bread on Sunday evenings.

Used for dinner on May 3, 2025. I went in without a reservation, but it quickly got crowded, so I recommend making a reservation just in case. I visited on the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives nearby, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, the service of the staff, and the taste of the food were all excellent. The staff were especially kind, and my local acquaintance also rated it as very kind and friendly. For the food, I had salad, Freske Thai (fried pork with berry sauce), and butter-sautéed halibut. All were very voluminous and delicious, and went well with the Danish beer "Carlsberg." Prices are high everywhere in Denmark, which can be tough on the wallet, but this place is said to be a little more affordable. I recommend it.
