12/05/26: Pretty good, but this time I experienced having to exchange a dish in the Mongolian Barbecue, so I didn't get what I had chosen.

We had a really good experience at Restaurant Den Kinesiske Mur in Herning, which certainly deserves a mostly positive review. It was already clear upon arrival that the place is popular – the restaurant was completely full, and there was a lively atmosphere with many guests. This gave a cozy and energetic atmosphere, although it also meant that the noise level occasionally became a bit high. Despite the great busyness, the staff was impressively present and attentive. It is clear that they are used to handling many guests at once, because even when it was at its busiest, they still managed to be smiling, welcoming and helpful. You felt seen and well treated, which makes a big difference in a busy restaurant. The food also lived up to expectations. The selection was wide, and there was something for everyone – both classic Chinese dishes and more familiar favorites. The buffet was constantly replenished, so there was fresh food most of the time, even though there were many people. The quality was good, and everything seemed well-prepared and inviting. The only small minus was, as mentioned, the noise level, which naturally comes with a restaurant being so popular and well-visited. If you are looking for a completely quiet and intimate dinner, this may not be the obvious choice. On the other hand, you get a lively experience with a good atmosphere and lots of activity. All in all, a really nice experience, where the staff's efforts under pressure in particular are impressive. We would love to come again and can definitely recommend the place to others who want good food in informal and lively surroundings.

Not high-level gastronomy but easy to get to and fair price for perfectly ok food, recommended.

So delicious food and so much to choose from. Can taste they use good ingredients. Buffet with everything you can eat, so delicious Chinese food, desserts and coffee until you burst. And it's also incredibly cheap. We were 8 people with All You Can Eat plus drinks and came away with less than 1600 kr.. We would gladly drive again from Kolding to Herning after this wonderful experience 🎉🥳 Worth a visit and many many recommendations from here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good one for families with children

Huge selection of fresh sushi. Good meat, fish and mussels for Mongolian barbecue. Ice cream and cakes for dessert. Great salads.
