Nice place, super nice view..good food, though not the best. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is "stressed" because The servants. You can hardly eat/drink before the plate/glass is gone. The waiters walk around the table constantly as if stressing. In addition, they serve slate... Unpleasant. Also ok...but over priced.

Amazing experience with a 6 course menu, including cod, pork, duck and wild game. I am still dreaming about all that amazing flavours.

Restaurant Fusion imponerer med sin kombination af asiatisk og europæisk køkken, hvor både smag og æstetik er i fokus. Hver servering er gennemtænkt og præsenteret med kunstnerisk flair. Prisen er dog i den højere ende, og det kan føles, som om man primært betaler for den eksklusive stemning og præsentationen. Selvom maden er fremragende, kan man overveje, om prisen matcher oplevelsen, især hvis man leder efter et sted til en mere afslappet middag. Alt i alt er Restaurant Fusion en oplevelse værd for dem, der søger en sofistikeret madoplevelse og er villige til at betale lidt ekstra for kvalitet og unikke smage.

When we arrived at 19 to eat, there was loud electronic dance music. We asked for the music to be turned down, and for a short while the music was at a tolerable level. Our food arrived with a long wait. Especially at the start of the meal. When we asked a waiter after waiting almost an hour for the second course, we were told that there had been an accident in the kitchen. It would have been good style to provide that information on the restaurant's own initiative. By the second course, the restaurant had gradually transformed into a night club. The music was now very loud and not suitable to accompany a dinner. It was definitely not pleasant. The food was generally tasty. Looking at the price level, there was no correlation between price and quality. The beef for the main course lacked salt (there is also no salt on the tables) and was not distinctly tender. The dessert was very neutral in taste and texture. Quickly forgotten. A breaded duck leg was hard to find just a bit of meat on. No return visit has been ordered.

Really delicious food. Sushi, Iberico and cod tasted great. The service was good. The waiters are nice and attentive. The view beyond the Limfjord also gives a star. The decor itself is a little cold in expression, but after all, no more than the overall impression is really good.
