The atmosphere at Nyhavn is simply unbeatable. Just soak up the flair and lifestyle of Copenhageners. The food and service are excellent. Of course, the location and high quality come at a price.

It was a bit hectic since I went on the weekend, but the food was delicious. The herring marinated in blueberry sauce had the texture of the Gwamegi we are familiar with. It was refreshing and tasty.

Had a lovely experience here! 😊 The food was tasty and well-prepared 🍽️✨, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming 😄. The waiting time was about average ⏳, which was perfectly reasonable. The only downside was that there wasn't a children's menu 👶🍔, so families with younger children may find the options a bit limited. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit and I'd happily come back again! 🌟

Absolutely delicious food. We got 3 breads salmon, chicken, and creamy mushroom. The mushroom was wonderful! So unique and flavorful. The others were also very good. We had a lovely lunch before hopping on a boat tour. They had fires, heated seats, and blankets which was a nice touch!

Great restaurant with a breathtaking view. Heated chairs and blankets. Very friendly welcome and service. Delicious food. A bit pricey, admittedly, but that's to be expected given the location.

It's a lovely place. The service is amazing, the people are so sweet. The service is fast. The heated seats are perfect for this cold weather.

23/10/2025: Had booked dinner at Hummer via a deal. All in all a good evening and we left the restaurant very full after more than two hours. Relatively few guests on a Wednesday evening so easy to get a seat and the noise level very low. The food was generally good with pasta orzo as the absolute highlight. The Tataki dish apparently contained sun-dried tomatoes which were absolutely inedible (tough) so they were left on the plate. The dessert was a bit messy and nothing to write home about. All in all an okay experience - but not 5 stars in some categories.
19/10/2025: Wonderful food and service I do think the toilet is in very poor condition but I have written to them about that

01/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Viva and could not be happier that we chose this place for our special day. We started with our wedding ceremony on the deck, which was magical and very cozy. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu. The chef ensured that all dietary requirements were met, and everyone was absolutely speechless about the food. The lovely team at Viva took great care of our guests, it truly felt like they were part of our party. Our host, Buster, was very easy to communicate and plan with, and he made sure we felt in good hands throughout the entire planning process.
