Restaurant Holger is the hotel's own restaurant at the Color Hotel in Skagen. We wouldn't have expected such a magnificent restaurant in a 4-star hotel. We had fish soup with a fantastic garnish, top-fresh mussels, langoustines, and cod. The soup was poured at the table... as it should be. Afterward, we had Atlantic lobster with crayfish, green asparagus, and sautéed mushrooms, simply divine! The price-performance ratio here is just right ⭐️

Very good restaurant! The food was delicious and the staff knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
