We celebrated Christmas at the castle, December 24, 25, 26. It had to be experienced and it was pleasant as a whole. The only thing that didn't work was the Christmas dinner on December 26th. Completely inedible beef unfortunately. But for others, try it! Good experience

A bit lethargic with the staff, but nothing was lacking at dinner. The breakfast was really delicious, but I miss soft-boiled eggs.

An old castle, which also bears a little touch of it. Good food and nice breakfast buffet, not so big, but there are fresh buns. Nice room, but a bit cold, otherwise very cozy. It was decorated for Christmas.

A fantastic experience. A lovely place, with the sweetest staff and wonderful service. Highly recommended.

It can do something. No doubt about it

This is the 5th time we have been here. Held large parties.

Beautiful surroundings. Lots of soul and charm. Nice food.

It is difficult to recognize the negative reviews of Hvedholm. Nuvel - there are many tired places, but the rooms, service and food were quite ok. We had two delicious dishes for the evening, and both the drinks and the subsequent coffee in the salon were in order. And all served with a friendly tone and good, balanced humor. The breakfast included eggs, bacon, cold meats, pancakes, etc. ending with home-baked pretzels! And then you must take home the nicest Funen apples from the park. Hats off to the fact that the Danish castles and manors are used - quite a task. In fact, Hvedholm is the backdrop for Forræder on TV 2. We'll be back.
