Restaurant Kaj Helsingør

Really good food and service, cozy restaurant with a really good view of Helsingør marina. The atmosphere is given to them by the view, therefore "only" 3 stars, if you take the view into account it is 5 stars.

Have been to Restsurant Kaj several times. Have always been satisfied. Delicious food, good food and a good atmosphere and a beautiful view of the harbour.

DKK 525 for lunch. 4 smørrebrød in total, 2 with chicken salad (very good) 2 with deep-fried plaice and hand-peeled prawns (45 DKK extra and not so good). The chicken salad was incredibly good. The deep-fried plaice with hand-peeled prawns were not worth the money at all and even cost extra. The chicken salad pulls it all together.

It was really delicious food, good service and lovely surroundings. Just what I had hoped for.

The techno music from the kitchen was a bit busy

Pleasant atmosphere with a good location by the harbour. Very delicious food at a reasonable price. We tried different starters, main courses and children's dishes and everything was delicious. Remember to book a table!

I was invited to dinner in the evening by a friend. We were hungry and chose the "whole palette" ie. snacks, starter, main course and dessert with beer for food and coffee for dessert. The whole experience was characterized by incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, good timing of the serving, as we ordered everything on arrival. The view was fantastic over the harbor and the food was "like entering heaven". Many thanks to the chef for this amazing culinary experience. Everything was made with real love. Can be highly recommended. We paid DKK 1500 for two people.

By a significant margin the best food I've had in town! In addition, the atmosphere, the view and the staff are also top notch! Coming again soon 🙌
