Super delicious food. We had a huge fried plaice, which had a lot of meat on it, we could hardly finish it. We sat in the conservatory, with the most beautiful view. We would love to come again

The food was really good. Fantastic sauce, tasty and fresh vegetables, all prepared in an exciting way. Very relaxed and cozy atmosphere and great service. We would love to come back.

Really good food and polite service. Nice to come to a place where you have decided for yourself what you want for the food and don't leave it up to the customer whether they want to tip. It's definitely worth a visit.

havde bestilt bord og menu hjemmefra . det viste sig, at menuen på nettet var irrelevant, men ligger stadig på nettet, noget rod fin mad, men ikke det, jeg gerne ville have haft

Lørdag aften og vi havde ikke bestilt bord, men blev mødt med et herligt velkommen, og så fik vi de bedste rødspætter og lækreste moules. Maden var perfekt tilberedt, og betjeningen var helt i top. Tusinde tak for mad !!! Vi kommer igen.

25/07/2025: Me and my wife ate some sandwiches and chicken tenders. All were really delicious and especially the herring dish with curry herring is highly recommended. Axelbar really has many different types of beer and thankfully there are also schnapps although I couldn't find it on the menu. Thanks for a lovely lunch and see you again
14/07/2025: Lovely lunch in the sun with the family. Good sandwiches with attentive staff. However, no specials like the other restaurants around the square have.
