Very nice late lunch @ Kalas. We Googled and found this restaurant! It was one of the top-rated ! Ordered: 1) Stegt Flaeks Med Persillesovs. (Roasted Pork with Potatoes) 2) Pariserbof (Beef) Open Sandwich. Btw, the waitress told us that this roasted pork with potatoes is rated one of the top national dishes in Denmark! We have very similar roasted pork in Singapore 🇸🇬 too, usually cut into much smaller pieces. The similarity is the crackling skin of the roasted pork. We were glad the roasted pork we had in Kalas was crispy! Sedup! Delicious!

Lovely place. Good menu card. Reasonable prices for food and wine. Great service and really high quality food. Can easily match the quality and atmosphere of similar restaurants with a higher price level.

We were a party that got their 6 courses and quite a few drinks. Ended up costing approx. DKK 500 per person, which I think is a really good price considering the food. The herrings are some of the best herrings I have had.

It's not easy to find real local food as the danish cuisine is turning italian (!). But here at Kalas we found a gem, the food was very good, ingredients was top quality. Probably managers are striving to have the best quality food and I can say the result is stunning! Super!

One of the best traditional danish lunch and dinner restaurants in town. Maybe even in the country. High level of food nuances and great taste variances. Professional service and cosy enviroment.

Slap nu asier, det er godt 😋 Mange bryster sig af at have smagt den bedste omgang stegt flæsk og Aarhus har da også flere spisesteder der bejler til topplaceringer, når det kommer til denne fuldfede danske ret. Kalas' tykke flæsk slår dem alle og så er tilbehøret tilmed utroligt lækkert og alt er selvfølgelig hjemmelavet. Tag flæsket i hånden, luk øjnene og god fornøjelse ✌🏼
