Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with what we experienced for the price tag. It got off to a bad start when we were strongly marketed three VERY expensive glasses of champagne at the table (500kr/£60 per glass was the ‘cheap one’) - we weren’t asked if we were interested in champagne before that - and, when asked about alternative aperitifs we were told there were none available. Throughout the dinner we felt there was an absence of narrative / coherent storytelling - maybe worsened by the fact that the acoustics meant you couldn’t really hear what the staff were saying. The table wobbled. At one point, the bathroom ‘music’ was people shouting at each other.
The food was good, but of the 17 courses maybe 5 were really interesting or particularly delicious. In the plus side, the wine menu and sommelier knowledge was outstanding.

Interesting dinner!
Best thing about the evening was the menu progression. It was planned in a genius way and it totally makes sense once you completed it.
At the start, the snacks were good and fresh, but didn't have a wow factor. Then we received the oyster and it was quite nice, maybe a slightly wow factor. At this stage i was worries, is this place all bells and whistles and they forgot the flavours? I was wrong, because from there every dish just kept getting better. The caviar ball was possibly on the top 2 best things i've ever eaten, EVER. The bread was amazing, the main courses were to die for. I was a little hungry by the time the main course arrived. But then it was this very comforting big bowl of rice with all this delicious bits and pieces in it. It was trully fantastic.
Desserts were 10/10, there is caviar in the dessert, matched with a beautiful Souffle! WHATS NOT TO LOVE ABOUT THAT!
What a treat. I think about this meal everyday and can't wait to be back!

It is a restaurant that requires courage as well as economic availability.
You don't go there to taste a dish, but to abandon yourself completely and courageously to the wise creativity of the Chef and the mastery of the Sommelier who offers combinations of wines or Korean rice spirits (what a surprise! They are delicious!) that are absolutely spot on.
I did it that way and I haven't regretted it. The experience was unique and amply justified the very high final bill.
Here you don't just pay for the wines and cooked dishes; here you experience a work of art.
If you can, go there!

Really pretty restaurant. chef and team were great. Dishes were certainly unique and each one as beautiful as the last. I just found that there were more than one dish that lacked flavor and depth. Otherwise there were other dishes that were exceptionally delicious. Standouts including the ribeye langostine, rice dishes, fried brioche and langostine ramen. The soufflé was also really tasty I’ve never had caviar with ice cream and soufflé before.

We loved the food here (the dessert was a bit meh). Every dish was derved with a little story and the service was fast - very shortly after we were finished the plates got taken away. The wine was expensive (white from 150,- Per glass and red from 350,- Per glass). But overall we liked the food and How it was presents.☀️

My wife and I have dined at numerous high-end Michelin-starred restaurants, but I can confidently say that this experience stands out as the best thus far.
Chef Christian skillfully combines Korean and Danish cuisine, drawing from his extensive culinary journey. Each dish was prepared with the utmost care and presented at an exceptional level. The staff were all friendly and professional. (Please tell me if i should delete the menu photo if you want to keep it as a surprise for your guests)

If you find yourself in Copenhagen, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit; do not think twice.
