Restaurant Komfur Aarhus

Fantastic food. There were 5 of us, all of whom chose their seasonal menu for 300,- for 5 courses. There was a lot of food and several had some left over. The staff were very nice and explained the individual servings well. The food was very nicely presented and came at a reasonable pace.

We tried their Sunday roast. Service was quick. But their meat was very salty and cold, it was almost like cold cuts. It was not worth the money.

Nice place but our seating was not optimal. Food was good.

Great experience. We had 4 dishes and all were perfect. Their ability to incorporate sourness into the dishes was perfect. Incredibly impressed with their lobster soup with chewy fillet. Lovely scallop followed by duck and for dessert white chocolate mousse with cherries and cherry sorbet. Lovely and good service. Will definitely go there again. Hats off to the chef

Steak bearnaise. They can fry a steak, but the fries were below expectations, good acidity on the bearnaise. We were placed in the back room, which had not been cleaned and the waiters rarely came. There was no music.

An absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was very good, the staff, the food and the environment. The starter of haddock with vegetables and dashi and more surprised me and that doesn't happen often in restaurants. An absolutely fantastic combination of flavours that all went together wonderfully. There was only one small minus. I am lactose intolerant and had spoken about it in advance but still I didn't get a dessert I could eat. But otherwise it was a fantastic experience. Ps. Their mocktails are highly recommended. My favourite was the rhubarb.

We visited the restaurant; two adults and two children. We all ordered the Seasonal Menu consisting of five courses. The first course was snacks; it was a relatively small serving, considering four people. The rest of the dishes were generally quite good and balanced, and you didn't leave hungry. We all ordered Mocktails and water with the food, which were also quite well composed. The service was top notch, very friendly and accommodating. Price and quality match each other. The atmosphere could be a little cozier, but that's taste and comfort :-)
