We ate very well in this typical Danish restaurant! Special mention for the starters, which are incredible! The atmosphere is cozy and the owner is friendly and talkative 😉 I warmly recommend the Komplet restaurant!

I went with my coworkers for dinner. As a starter, I chose the cold option with shrimp. The asparagus on the plate was also flavored. My main course choice was meat with mushrooms and potatoes. I think it was a successful plate. I also liked the sauce that came with it. The lemon posset (English dessert) I chose for dessert was wonderful. I ended the meal with a very light and successful dessert. The wife of the hospitable lady who served was the head chef who cooked the meals. The place is cute and small, so you should make a reservation before going. I recommend Restaurant Komplet for the fine-dining concept.

Nice restaurant run by a husband (chef) and wife (wait staff). Tiny place(12 tables?) So make reservations if possible! Mojito was fresh and excellent. Loved the house red wine too All the starters were good (crawfish was our fave) but the beef entree was out of this world! We cannot stop talking about it. Fork tender beef with peppercorn sauce, pearl onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. Planning to return. Desserts looked good but we were too full. Highly recommend this gem!

Magnificent restaurant! The setting is very calm and peaceful. We all had the 3 course menu. Everything was delicious and very refined. Especially the pork which almost melted in your mouth, coming off the bone extremely well (I highly recommend it)! And the prices are really low for very good quality. Especially since the waitress was very friendly and smiling! I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

19/09/2024: I went here a few weeks ago with my partner. We visited from the United States, and I kept seeing this restaurant pop up when searching for great restaurants in Copenhagen. Vaekst was, by far, the best restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. We ordered the appetizer, 2 entrees, a dessert, and the wine pairing. Our server was personable and elevated the dining experience. Vaekst is a dinner that you simply cannot miss.
