Ate at Ly on Friday. Long time since we have eaten so well there. It was a wonderful experience. Super onion soup and great steak. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Today we have reached Resturant Latinerly in Viborg, which must have tested their steak sandwich with Sauce.
We arrived at 12.50 for a table booked for 1.00 and were immediately shown to our table in the nicely filled restaurant. We placed our order at exactly 1pm and the food was served at the table exactly at 1.15pm.
At first glance, the food looks appetizing and looks nice on the plate together with the delicious giant fries, but when you think about it, it's pretty mysterious with the pickled cucumbers on the skewer, they belong inside the steak sandwich and there isn't much sauce.
The bun is a standard brioche bun and it tastes as it should. The top bun is smeared with an ordinary Dijon mustard that just scrapes the palate a little, unfortunately it is definitely prefabricated. At the bottom we find a bit of remoulade which I'm pretty sure is homemade and it tastes lovely, there's also a hint of ketchup which you can just tell. In addition, you will find home-made soft onions in fine quantities, which taste wonderful, and of the pickled goods, there are fairly massive home-pickled beetroots which tasted world-class, they were so melt-in-the-mouth, and the home-pickled cucumbers which had gone astray on top of the bread also tasted wonderful when they found their way into the deep. They got away with particularly honorable pickles. On top of the bun, you also found home-made roasted onions, which also tasted wonderful and a fine, well-balanced taste. The steak is a roughly 200 gram mince that tastes quite wonderful, it is medium fried as we like it and it is perfectly seasoned. It could well have taken a little more frying crust, i.e. fried a little harder, but it was medium and lovely, so thank you. The sauce was a whole chapter by itself, exactly where the angels were singing, it tasted fantastic, in fact it tasted so good that we had to ask for more. The sauce is world class. Thanks. The steak sandwich came with a nice amount of giant fries which were really crispy on the outside and completely mushy on the inside. Really good. We gave DKK. 109.- as the Monday price (on other days it costs DKK 169.-) and that is a king's price for this meal, it is tasty, beautifully presented, most of it homemade and it must have 4.5 out of 5 stars. We are not quite up in the super league, but 1 division can now also do something. Instead of the Dijon mustard, I missed a compote or relish, as well as slightly harder fried steak. But definitely a craft you can be proud of. We would love to come again. Thanks for the food.

Dette sted må man bare besøg. Det er SÅ hyggeligt, mange forskellige øl. Vi spiste der, fik en skøn burger og dejlige fritter. Meget imødekommende personale, der bød os velkommen og var meget service minded. Da vi skulle gå, fik vi at vide at der var en øl smagning dagen efter, hvilket passer os godt, så den springer vi på. Det var godt spottet af personalet at vi var til forskelligt øl.
