27/11/2025: Cozy Charm and Sweet Delights at Nytorv 11, Viborg 🍰☕ We dropped by Nytorv 11 in Viborg for a little afternoon indulgence, and it turned into a memorable treat. The apple cheesecake was a perfect balance of creamy and fruity, while the brownie—served warm with a scoop of ice cream—was pure comfort on a plate. And of course, we couldn’t resist rounding it all off with a classic Irish coffee. Rich, smooth, and just the right kick. What really sets this place apart, though, is the atmosphere. They’ve recently renovated and opened up the old basement as a dining area. It’s been done with such care and respect for the building’s history—vaulted ceilings, rustic textures, and a timeless coziness that makes you want to linger. It’s like stepping into a little piece of Viborg’s past, with all the warmth of modern hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone craving a sweet pause in beautiful surroundings
