On November 19th, there were 2 of us for Christmas lunch at Lynetten. We can always park our car. It is the best food made from fresh ingredients we have had in a long time. The rye bread was lovely and warm. So were the fish fillet, the meatballs and the rib roast and also the liver pâté. The chicken salad was also quite excellent. We were now so full that we had to skip the herring. To finish, we had a lovely rice alamande. A restaurant that can be highly recommended.

Really nice place with a view of the harbor. Very nice and relevant waiter. The plate had everything and was well prepared. A nice experience.

Got a Christmas platter. It was quite nice as it was. Really good fish. A big problem is old and dry bread. And maybe they could turn up the heat a little more

Had a lovely herring plate and a strong aged cheese. Both top class. Definitely worth a visit and with a view of CopenHill.

En super lækker restaurant med flot udsigt til Amager Bakke og med virkelig god og "hjemmelavet" mad . Vi nød en skøn frokostplatte. Stedet kan på det varmeste anbefales. Vi kommer med garanti igen !

Fin mad, dyre drikkevarer og skøn udsigt. Så alt i alt rigtig hyggeligt. FIF: Vær dog opmærksom på, at man må ryge på udendørsterrassen oppe. Vejret var godt da vi spiste der, og lækkert at sidde ude, men en del af ældre herkomst sad konstant og pulsede på deres smøger. Det er ikke så lækkert, og ikke mindst udsætter børn for passiv rygning. Så tænk over det inden I booker bord "ude".

16/12/2025: It was a super cozy place with the finest small pieces of open sandwiches. The waiters and the atmosphere in the place were top notch.
07/12/2025: We had dinner today at the cafe and beer hall "1892". Our second visit to the restaurant, but definitely not the last. The food is unbeatable open sandwiches ad libitum. I think there were over 30 different kinds, I managed to get through 15 pieces and each one was a pleasure. The open sandwiches are not huge like some other places in town, which means you can taste several different pieces of open sandwiches before your stomach is full. The quality and taste of the open sandwiches are in a class of their own, as is their staff who have time for their customers. The homemade schnapps is definitely worthy of a recommendation. If you like open sandwiches, this is the place to visit in cozy historical surroundings. A big thank you to the owner and staff for a perfect evening. See you again soon.

18/12/2025: Hipster spot with punchy dishes and top wines. Vibrant street-side tables, ideal for casual meals or drinks. Love at first bite!
06/12/2025: Came here for a dinner with two others. We were excited to try a wine, they were out. The waiter suggested a wine over double the price, which speaks of inexperience or worse. The beetroot dish is fantastic! Followed by the potato and then the leek. The pollock wasn’t balanced well and neither was the pork. The service throughout was not memorable. Overall, would I recommend this place to my friends to visit? No. There are better restaurants.
