Really nice evening and experience. Many nice tasty compositions - very light cuisine this evening with a focus on fish. Not blown away but very solid. Got the basic wine menu which was really nice but not blown away. Good atmosphere in a nice house and good service. The only small oddity was that we were not followed to the door when leaving and had to find our jackets ourselves. And when we were going out from the walkway we had to crawl under a large iron chain. At a Michelin restaurant it is a bit of a strange last impression to give your guests.

We had a truly fantastic evening at Lyst, where we went all-in on the experience, with food, wine menu and subsequent drinks. Lyst provides a holistic experience, so not only the food is in focus, but also the surroundings and history. It really is a holistic experience! This is a huge recommendation from here!

What can one even say about this restaurant? One thing is certain: it was no ordinary dinner. We were greeted by the water with consommé and a bonfire, led through a beautiful architectural masterpiece, and finally arrived at the restaurant. I was there with my husband, and apart from us, there was only one other guest; it was a very intimate experience. The background of each dish was explained to us, including the fact that the menu changes weekly depending on the weather, harvest, and season. All the ingredients are locally sourced, and they strive to use every part of the food. I had never encountered such a consistently sustainable concept before! The service was friendly and impeccably elegant. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
