Restaurant MARK - Bistro & Bar København

This was my second time at Mark, and I got to experience their newly remodeled area, which added a fresh and cozy touch to the atmosphere. The food was truly outstanding, with some real highlights: the salmon with a delicate green apple sauce, the perfectly balanced aioli and baba ganoush with a spicy kick, and an unforgettable dessert—chocolate mousse with olive oil. We opted for Italian wine, including a Langhe Nebbiolo, which complemented most of the seven courses beautifully. A special mention to Otto, who was incredibly sweet and charming. His passion for the food was evident in the way he explained every dish, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a refined yet welcoming dining experience!

I tried the 5 course menu, The food was tasty and well cooked, the wine served was also good but overpriced for 5 courses, the service was good and informative about the dishes served. The interior design was nice inside and it was very cozy.

Restaurant MARK - Bistro & Bar impressed with its level! Each dish is a true work of art: from taste to presentation. The fish was tender and perfectly cooked, the meat was juicy with a rich sauce, and the desserts captivated us with their sophistication. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is top-notch - the staff is attentive and professional. A great place for gastronomic pleasure and special moments. Will definitely come back again!

Have eaten both for lunch and dinner. Both times it has been really delicious food and can definitely be recommended.

Fantastically delicious curry herring that absolutely gets 10/10. The plaice lacked a little extra finesse but was otherwise impeccable. Unfortunately it will only be a 3 star review as the service was simply far below par. Totally disinterested and disengaged service. Can't advise which schnapps to take with your food, only half fills the schnapps glass despite a price of DKK 75 for a schnapps. Add to that DKK 70 for water for 2 people, and worry about whether the visa card machine will eventually ask if you want to tip. All in all a slightly disappointing experience. Would definitely recommend one of the many other smørrebrød restaurants with far better service over Mark, unfortunately.

Good restaurant, but needs better service. Upon arrival none offered to take our coats or suggested where to hang them -we had to find it ourselves. No menu. The combination of flavors was confusing, especially for the duck and cabbage dishes. Did not enjoy the overall experience

Nice restaurant with a central location in the middle of Copenhagen near Tivoli and Town Hall Square. We ate the tasting menu with accompanying wine package. Fantastically delicious and with knowledgeable staff who guided us through food and drink. Nice and quiet restaurant environment. Be sure to book in advance as it is a popular place.
