We had a mini tasting menu consisting of 3 dishes. The main course was my favorite, the oxtail was tender, and the carrot with shrimp oil was excellent. However, the scallops with green strawberries were a bit bland, and the dessert was tangy, much like many of the other desserts I've tried at restaurants in Copenhagen. Perhaps it's due to the frequent use of rhubarb? I don't mind rhubarb at all, it was just that I am not into acidic dessert that much.
We also ordered the grilled bread with duck liver mousse, which was savory and generously portioned.
It happened to be the restaurant's 3rd anniversary when we visited. We were treated to a complimentary cocktail and mussel rockefeller. How thoughtful was that. Thank you so much and congratulations.
The location of the restaurant is very good but the food is not a top experience. I had the veal tongue and it was tasteless. The menu did not impress me and I choose a dish just because we were there with other people that have already ordered. The pommes frites were the thing that saved me from going home hungry. Maybe it's my own taste that does not correspond to the place but that is the way I felt.

We happened upon it one morning and decided to book; the girl who welcomed us was delightful! We booked for dinner and, when we arrived, she greeted me with a big smile saying that the table was ready for us.
The dinner was delicious, well-cooked dishes and the manager was super present, professional and courteous, he explained each dish and carefully advised us.
We spent 90 euros per person (which for Copenhagen is super honest, almost cheap I dare say) leaving for the first time in three evenings satisfied and full!!!!
A must-see if you are in the city!

Excellent restaurant, very good dishes, kind and helpful staff, the manager advised us and explained all the dishes. When booking we asked if there were dishes for celiacs, they assured us there were and finally it was so. The bill was fair compared to what we ate, we had a great time. I highly recommend it

MARK Bistro & Bar offers a relaxed and welcoming dining experience in Copenhagen. ‘The Hippo’ made the evening enjoyable with warm and engaging service, offering great descriptions of the food. The amuse-bouche set a promising start, and the Swedish löjrom was a standout—fresh and full of flavor. A great spot for quality food in a laid-back setting.

Good food but bad service.
Interesting flavours for the tasting menu but the meat (pork) was quite fatty so very disappointing for a main course.
The waiter did not give us the food menu, we had to ask for it. And we waited 45 min with our drinks before we got the starters.
So overall good potential but not worth the price.

Went for dinner on a voucher offer created before the new head chef had started. The voucher menu was not very exciting apart from the pork main. The best dish for us was an a la carte squid 'pasta', and we think this is an indication of the talent of the new head chef. The front house 'boys' were attentive and did their best. The kitchen was not very clean, and the stairs to the toilets were filthy and there was food waste on the stairs. We have positive hopes for this restaurant, though.

Wow. Just wow.
Great fresh and locally sourced products and the pollock was among the best fish dishes I've ever had at a restaurant.
Amazing service, knowledgable staff and the atmosphere was pretty good. Nice vibe in general, just quite basic interiors (although it was all in excellent quality) and they could probably do with a more appropriate music playlist to set that extra tone for the evening.
Overall a lovely evening!
