From the moment we stepped into Restaurant MARK, we were captivated by the ambience and the incredibly attentive staff. Every team member, from our servers to the sommelier, ensured we were well looked after and never missed a beat.

Really delicious food and welcoming staff, Owen was really good and service minded.
Expensive, but by no means unreasonable.

We ordered the tasting menu. Very small portions. Exquisite unique taste but given the extremely small portions, we were not fully satisfied at the end of the meal experience.

From the dinner menu I have tasted the five course option with wine pairing. Great cuisine, local ingredients, explosion of flavours with an extensive wine selection. I highly recommend the bistro for dinner/lunch with friends or for business occasions. And I extend my appreciation to the staff for their smile and quality service.

My husband and I were staying at a hotel near Copenhagen Central Station. I was tired after sightseeing all day, so I looked for a restaurant within walking distance. I didn't have high expectations when I went because the location was nice, but it was much better than I expected!
We chose a two-course meal prepared by the chef. And a beer each.
The first dish was cold chicken, and the second was roasted pork with vegetables, both of which were exquisitely seasoned, delicious, and relieved my fatigue. The quantity was also just right.
The table bread was said to be handmade by the chef, so I didn't check it, but I thought it was real sourdough bread! It wasn't too hard, the skin was crispy and the inside was soft, and I was so impressed by how delicious it was that I could have eaten as much as I wanted. The butter that came with it was also real.
The waiter was kind, funny, and a nice person. I made some good memories on the last night of my trip ♪ Thank you very much.

Went there with a group of Americans and we greatly enjoyed it - not only the good food (had the tasting menu) but especially the enjoyable and fun staff.

Deep flavors - from the veal jaw croquettes, the scallops with dehydrated tomatoes and jalapeno foam over the chanterelle toast with fois gras to the stuffed morels - it was all sublime. Likewise the extensive and sensibly priced wine list.
