Restaurant nam, menu Aalborg

An Asian fusion restaurant, with truly original and perfect combinations of flavors and textures. The desserts are original and delicious, especially the salted caramel with lemon granita, which alone would be worth a visit to Nam. The service is also excellent, with the staff explaining the dishes and suggesting the best ways to enjoy them. The only real downside is the menu written only in Danish. I, being Italian, and my German boyfriend, speak six languages between us, but not Danish, and it was really difficult to understand what each dish consisted of. Fortunately, the waitress was very helpful and translated almost everything into English for us.

Good place and interesting food. However, we experienced really slow service and had 3 different waiters in one evening. A bit of a shame for the whole.

We found the restaurant by chance via Google Maps, without any prior knowledge of the place. Other than that it was Asian. It turned out to be a nice and inviting place with a warm atmosphere. We were presented with a tempting selection of small dishes, and chose to try cod, tenderloin, heart salad, scallops and a soup – an exciting mix of flavors. With the food we drank Japanese beer, which was a positive surprise and went perfectly with the dishes. The flavors were simply impressive – wow experience! Each dish was perfectly balanced and beautifully composed. Unfortunately, we experienced a long wait, about an hour, and missed follow-up along the way. We gave feedback on this, and the restaurant apologized. Despite this, we will remember the flavors for a long time – they made the visit worth it.

Ordered 10 servings with wine menu. From when we got the cocktail and snacks to the first serving it took over an hour and the waiter also pointed out that it was a mistake.. we were topped up with wine in the glasses and also think that it was in place. The different servings tasted good, except for one of the desserts which was a small pizza-like slice of bread with berries and other things. The taste was not coordinated in my opinion and I only took a bite of my share.

Excellent experienced waiters, friendly warm atmosphere and sublime cuisine! Was there for a work function and enjoyed it thoroughly!

Beautiful place, we have eaten in many places in the world and this one charmed us, exceptional food, fantastic atmosphere, very high level of service, wonderful people, a place you absolutely have to visit 🥰

Top marks from start to finish! Perfect service and exciting appetizers that are a delight for both the eye and the palate. Fusion. Flavors that develop in the mouth in a way we have never experienced before. Excellent specially selected wines that were served by the knowledgeable staff before each course. We were treated to a specially composed eight-course meal and we left full and smiling. Next time we will bring some friends so this is something to experience. Table reservations are recommended. Note that you can book with an end time. Perfect when you are going to a later event. Namnam.

Insanely good food. Nice to get something you haven't tasted before. The only downside is the poor acoustics in the restaurant.
