Absolutely delicious fish buffet!! Wow!

Very good experience here, we went for buffer and we don't regret it. Lovely food and drinks.

Nice spot, good service. We stayed for some drinks but we couldn’t get a seat for the fish buffet (it sure looked delicious and authentic). We tried next day but it was also booked full. I quess that’s why it’s a place worth going to (and booking a table;)

Classic fish buffet with a fantastic view. We came as agreed and got a table with a view, and that is definitely a big part of the experience. The view over the water at Cold Hawaii is fantastic. The fish buffet had about ten types of fish and shellfish, including crabs, shrimp, fish fillet, salmon salad, mussels and herring. There was also some roasted asparagus, but not really salad. On the other hand, there was delicious homemade bread and rye bread. The staff was friendly and cleared up quickly. The drinks were expensive, however, and they were good at selling more drinks to the children. The food was mostly cold, while the mussels were lukewarm. There weren't that many mussels, and many were broken, but they tasted good and had a good sauce. As my son said, they tasted like the ones we make at home. For me, the visit was also a bit of a trip back in time. I was here about 45 years ago, and the place still feels much the same as it did then: same type of menu, same atmosphere, and not much innovation. That can be both a weakness and a quality. The food was okay, but the location is clearly the strongest point. 3.5 out of 5 stars — mostly for the view, the atmosphere, and the classic Klitmøller experience.

We ate here tonight and wow - what an overlooked, cozy restaurant! 🤩 I'm surprised it's not booked out every night. The food is REALLY delicious! 🤤 It's a buffet where quality is more important than quantity, and you can taste it in every dish. 🤌💖 Everything was freshly prepared and homemade. Mussels, crayfish, white fish, shrimp, meatballs, homemade remoulade and sourdough bread were the big highlights for us, but everything else was at least as good. 😋 We also noticed that the hygiene was top notch. For example, the waiter kept coming over to give us new plates despite us being the only ones sitting outside. In addition, the owner was accommodating. When you think about what we got, we think that 250 kr. is more than reasonable, especially compared to other fish restaurants we've tried. Huge recommendation from here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
