Amazing service- restaurant phenomenal Furnishings were lacking…poor curtains and bed - hot water not working/only lukewarm - expected a more premium experience given it’s the top Marriott in Copenhagen

I went to Copenhagen for an extended business trip and stayed at the Nobis Hotel. I am very glad I did. I have stayed at many hotels over the decades but the Nobis Copenhagen is the best! From the time I got there until I departed, every aspect of my stay was 5-Star. Hospitality is based on people and relationships and Nobis does not disappoint. Every member of their staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Whatever need or request you might have, they will try to accommodate. From the concierge staff to the front desk, to housekeeping — everyone was kind, friendly and sincerely helpful and attentive. I give the hotel special congratulations for its outstanding restaurant, NOI. The food and service at NOI is truly next level. The server and bar staff is very knowledgeable and focused on giving exceptional service. And the food is really next level from breakfast to late night room service. I didn’t want to leave this excellent establishment. I hope to be able to return and am happy to give the Nobis Hotel Copenhagen my highest recommendation. I didn’t mention before but a beautiful physical building — a beautiful historic place with very tasteful modern additions. And the location is a plus — next to Tivoli Gardens and close to many access points into the amazing old Copenhagen central city. Go there, go there, go there! —BDH

This was the last of 3 hotels I stayed while spending 2 weeks in Denmark. Arriving, I was a little put off that there was only one person working at the desk, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the reception area myself. The few days I stayed, I loved seeing the two faces I recognized and knowing them by name. Julia and Alex. The hotel was beautiful! My room was lovely, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower, the towels were hung on a towel warmer. The bed was comfortable, the windows with a large window sill was nice to sit to look outside, where I could see rides going from Tivoli Gardens. I used room service just to receive tea in my room. However, there is a kuereg coffee maker and coffee available and a refrigerator in the room. I loved I was able to walk to where I wanted to go.

The hotel was located near Central Station and Tivoli, so it was a good place to walk. The Glyptotech Museum from the hotel room window was also beautiful I spent two days really quietly and comfortably However, I was embarrassed to find out after returning to Korea due to a problem in the payment process but the staff solved it quickly. At first, I felt bad, but I think it was caused by lack of communication. I hope you don't make this mistake next time.. But there are more good things about the hotel, so I plan to stay again when I visit Copenhagen next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at this property. The rooms are truly splendid. We had a junior suite furnished in a Nordic style, with great taste both aesthetically and in terms of quality. I was particularly impressed by the high ceilings and the spacious, well-organized spaces. The staff is extremely courteous: smiling, helpful, and always discreetly present. It was a real pleasure. The breakfast is decent, with a satisfying variety and good-quality products. As a fan of this type of breakfast, I think there's still room for improvement. The breakfast room, however, is very beautiful, bright, and pleasant. The location is very central, close to Tivoli and the train station. However, it's quiet in the evening. Two small observations: 1. The welcome reserved for Elite Platinum guests is a bit disappointing. Two packaged chocolates are rather sad; it would be better to skip them altogether or, alternatively, offer a welcome card accompanied by a flower or some other small, more thoughtful gesture. 2. It's not particularly child-friendly. Having frequently traveled to Bonvoy hotels, I can say that this is one of the least family-friendly. Nothing serious, but there is a lack of any dedicated attention or precaution.

Rooms tend to be on smaller side but the service is top notch! The concierge is another level with equal part knowledge and enthusiasm about their great city!
