The food and the concept were excellent and there was nothing to complain about. The service, on the other hand, was exceptionally good! It is rare to meet such friendly and dedicated serving staff. Now, unfortunately, we didn't get the name of our waiter, but it was a young, tall blond guy with glasses! He clearly deserves a pat on the back. We would definitely recommend to others!!!

The concept is brilliant and the food delicious although The menu will of course change due their concept (you will most likely not taste the same dishes as me). Recommend you go all in and get the big menu (not huge servings)

Such an amazing place! We had a really nice evening where the taste buds were put to the test and with a staff that was down to earth 👏

Have been to Nögen many times and am a huge fan. There is a bit of spiciness in between now and then, and their pork is generally too fatty, but otherwise the level is high and the food is really good for the price.

Very interesting experience The staff dealt with the various dietary requests presented by our group of 7 eg lactose free, gluten free, vegetarian. The gap between the courses could have been a little shorter but all in all we enjoyed the evening.

Was in to eat there recently. It was extremely delicious food. I don't think I've ever had such amazing food at a restaurant. I enjoyed every bite. I'm not usually into trying new dishes. But in no way regretted trusting the chef. Everyone was super friendly and good at explaining the dishes.

Restaurent Nogen is truly an experience, the food is top class, the service is top notch and at a quite affordable price. Everyone should give themselves that experience with a 5/7 course menu. and then there is a great atmosphere.

Mood - check Service - check Taste - check Concept - check Delicious drinks - check Price - check There was simply nothing to put a finger on here. It was insanely delicious and coming to a place where you can hear/feel the employees getting down to business is just WONDERFUL! We will 100% come again!

20/03/2025: We were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The restaurant is small, cozy, and has a chic retro vibe. The service was excellent. The staff member taking our order was energetic, knowledgeable about what was on our plate and in our glass, and very attentive. When we received the Danish menu, I was trying to figure it out with the help of my boyfriend and his family (they are danish). He took noticed and kindly offered me an English menu. It was a thoughtful gesture, and it is was nice to see how much I had understood by cross referencing with the english version. He also made sure we never had to ask for refills, always noticing when we were out of something. Very lovely evening, I highly recommend the place.
18/02/2025: Very thoughtfully prepared seafood-forward dishes, very fresh ingredients and harmonious combinations, and wonderful service. Drinks were brilliant as well.
