What a lunch and a wait staff that made the experience complete. The food (lunch) tasted fantastic and we experienced service and warmth that was completely up to par. Will definitely come again.

Loved the food and the service was amazing. There is no ala carte menu, just 10 course shared one. It is full of surprising flavours (my favourite was chipotle sorbet on beef tartare) and fairly priced.

Our first encounter with this concept of Nögen was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed by a pleasant and knowledgeable waiter, Simon. It was incredibly exciting to wait for the dishes and we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and combinations each time we were served. Very comfortable to just come without thinking about what to order. All in all very happy with our evening at this great place. Worth every penny and will be highly recommended to friends and family until we return ourselves.

Nögen has a gorgeous concept of combating food waste, and does so by offering a tasting menu that changes every week. We had the 10 dish meal and we couldn't finish it all, we were THAT full. Some of the dishes were great and some less, but it was all generally nice. Our waiter was up-beat and really sweet, which was fun. The restaurant was very busy and the decor didn't really fit the quality of the food or the vibe they seem to be going for. Overall - had a very nice experience for a very reasonable price.

Had a fantastic 10-course menu (3x small snacks, 3x small delicious starters, 3x main course; i.e. main course with 2 kinds of side dishes, a dessert). Everything was really good! Good flavours, good compositions of sour/sweet/salty/bitter and the wine menu was perfect. Homemade bread with "spread" made it easy to take the leftovers with you! Really delicious bread! The service was attentive and welcoming. Everything was really good! We didn't cause any further food waste. Highly recommended! We sat outside on an unusually warm summer evening in July, and Banegårdspladsen is a maximum of 10m away, you have to keep that in mind when booking a seat outside 🤔

I didn't die. Even though they use ingredients depending on the season, uses otherwise wasted food it don't taste like dirt.

09/07/2025: Cute little cafe offering a nice breakfast. The coffee was good and the food was decent, little underwhelming though concerning the Google rating. Service was friendly and the location is cozy. It was a little too quiet for my taste, some background music would have been nice. Overall a decent coffee spot.

05/09/2025: Yesterday, the two of us ate at this restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we've ever had. In keeping with the season, there were lots of vegetables, some fish, and hardly any meat. All the dishes looked and tasted incredibly good! You can really tell how much love goes into the ingredients here. The menu was very vegetarian-friendly; only the snacks and the main course included fish or meat. Compared to the quality and other Danish restaurants, the menu is relatively inexpensive. We only had the 5-course menu with snacks, no cheese platter or sweets with coffee—the amount was already more than enough for us. If you don't drink wine or alcohol, there's also an accompaniment of (fermented) juice. The service was attentive, and everything was explained in detail. We just didn't like the decor of the restaurant, but that's a matter of taste. We will definitely eat here again!
25/08/2025: We had Rune out to his own house to cook for our wedding for 32 guests. Breathtakingly good food - nothing to put a finger on. Great presentation of ingredients and dishes, and a menu was even made. Really good service with refills, and they left the kitchen almost cleaner than when they arrived. They completely ran the show, so we could sit back and enjoy the day. Only praise from here ⭐
