Delicious cocktails and love the concept. The food was nice, but not a wow experience. But I don't regret my booking :)

Without a doubt the best food experience we have had in many years. Quite ordinary ingredients are elevated to an explosion of taste, with harmonies you can't dream of. For example, crushed fried potatoes with pickled celery and butter-fried chicken fat. We had 10 dishes that were all an experience in themselves, but together in the servings gave a wonderful experience. Today's desert was a thyme crumpel with a white chocolate ganache, apple sorbet with rhubarb compote. Everything was presented in detail by the chefs and we were kindly and pleasantly looked after throughout the entire experience by the sweet smiling Christina. Best service ever. 5 stars are not enough, the meal is worthy of applause.

Where to begin? What a fantastic concept! The waiters were knowledgeable, attentive and patient, even though it was a busy night at work. The food was heavenly. Probably the most well composed meal I have ever had. The flavours and textures were spot on!

We were a couple who had ordered the "full nude" menu and dessert for lunch in Aarhus. The service waitress Agnes and the cooks were so great. In addition, the food was so delicious and tasted amazing. We will definitely come again and can definitely recommend the place.

Great, creative and very tasty food. We had the 10-course menu twice and were absolutely thrilled with the great dishes that were conjured up for us. Very fair price-performance ratio! The service was very friendly. The individual components of the dishes were always explained, which was great! We'll definitely be back! Thanks for the great evening!

Great concept. We do not choose the menu, the chef decides based on what is in season and to avoid food waste. The food we got tasted great with nice wine. I can only recommend that you take a trip to restaurant Nøgen.

I've only had cocktails in here, so can't comment on the food. But wow some delicious cocktails they have, and at extremely fair prices! I am speechless that I have only recently become acquainted with the place. Highly recommend going in and trying some of the many different signature cocktails they have. Make no mistake that Nögen is a restaurant - you can easily enter just for their drinks. There is a nice, relaxed and casual atmosphere in there, and the place looks really nice. Perfect for bringing in a friend, date or family. They also have a bar area in the basement that they open up sometimes (I'm not quite sure when they do it) and you almost feel a bit VIP when you go down there. Fun detail with the secret entrance 🤫 Like many other cocktail places and wine bars, you also get water included in the price for your cocktails, which is a really nice detail (see other restaurants here). Their staff are friendly and welcoming and greet you at the door. The music has a pleasant sound level, so you can sit and have some good, long talks in there. 5 stars from here! Maybe I'll try your food next time I come too 😋

The food and the concept were excellent and there was nothing to complain about. The service, on the other hand, was exceptionally good! It is rare to meet such friendly and dedicated serving staff. Now, unfortunately, we didn't get the name of our waiter, but it was a young, tall blond guy with glasses! He clearly deserves a pat on the back. We would definitely recommend to others!!!
