We were 85 happy guests for lunch. Everyone was served at the same time. Frederik Havn and the lovely staff served us to perfection. 👏🏻👍🏻💪🏻

Simply outstanding food and wine and we’ve tried some around the world. It was all topped with amazing staff - very nice and knowledgeable!! We will be back even it’s not around the corner from us⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely top class, a fantastic experience, fish menu, wine menu, etc. wow! Frederik & Co. Keep going like this, there will be competition for places at Nordic! We are now 5 ambassadors who are totally looking forward to the next visit to Ringkøbing. Respect! Niels Ullerichs

We have known the NORDIC for years and it is always a highlight of our vacation up here. Today we had a three-course menu consisting of salmon, fillet of beef that couldn't have been better and a mousse with ice cream afterwards. The food is always above average and the employees are very competent, friendly and fun at work. The waiter even had an exclusive wine recommendation for us. It's just fun to come here. The prices are appropriate. We'd love to come back.

Vi havde bestilt bord og en 4 retters menu i god tid forinden. Man følte sig meget velkommen af personalet og de var super gode til at være nærværende samt fortælle om retterne på en indlevende måde. Maden var helt fantastisk og alle retterne var nøje afstemt og virkelig velsmagende. Et sted man meget gerne vil tilbage til.

We opted for the 4-course menu with a juice accompaniment. All in all, it was really an incredibly great experience. The drinks and dishes were perfectly coordinated. Even though I was a bit skeptical because I was eating a lot of things for the first time. But the main course alone was probably the best thing I've ever eaten. The waitresses were also super friendly and made the evening perfect.

Michelin hour! Over the course of 2 years, we have visited NORDIC 7 times and decided to tell others about the experiences... NORDIC dares to experiment with the senses...and they succeed...every time! If Michelin is looking for the experimental with good results, then they just have to look in NORDIC's direction. Great place, in all respects, absolutely “must see/-feel/-taste”

19/04/2025: I've eaten there several times. I've never been disappointed. The pizza was good as always. We were lucky and were able to get a free table straight away. As always, we were greeted very friendly and served. The pizza was also ready quickly and served quickly. The only disadvantage is that there are problems when paying with the EC card. It is preferred with Mastercard. It didn't work either, we didn't have any cash. They gave us a piece of paper with the price and said we would just pay tomorrow. Luckily there was a cash machine just a corner away so we got money straight away and were able to pay the bill straight away. We can happily recommend this company. Very friendly and good pizza. Thanks for the nice evening brother.
