Had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Odette! The food was exceptionally delicious - selected high quality ingredients paired in an unusual way to create an unforgettable combination of texture and flavor. We especially enjoyed the tartare and delicious dessert.
The meal was accompanied by great service too, the food was explained to us and the ambiance was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Back today for lunch because the updated lunch menu looked delish. The restaurant, headed by a new chef since last time, now serves open sandwiches for lunch. Today's edition of open sandwiches can compete with the top 5 best lunch spots in Copenhagen: the cleverly composed flavours and textures and modern interpretations. It would have been a 5* review if the kitchen had not run out of the sandwich we came for: the 'Skagen toast', and if the waitress initially serving us had addressed our disappointment in a more carrying way. The rest of the service was excellent.
9 m ago 3*: As usual for this restaurant group, there were obvious flaws. The meat main course was not available today for lunch because the kitchen had not had time to prep for it... The bread serving, normally a highligt, consisted of toasted day old bread (with really nice whipped, seasoned butter). The tartare serving and the burrata lacked seasoning.The mussel sauce for the fish main lacked the finishing touch, and the potatoes seamed to have been reheated a couple of times (very nice citrus-braised baby cabbage as garnish). The lady fingers in the otherwise tasty, modern house tiramisu had a weird, spongy consistency. The one server on the floor today did a brave effort at navigating in this mess of a restaurant. Wake up, management!

Danish smørrebrød reinvented with excellent local foods, great craft beers - service excellent and friendly - we ate outside in “Strædet” pedestrian sunny and great atmosphere

Good food, however there were dry rye bread croutons in the beach crab bisque and not butter-roasted cubes of flounder, and unfortunately the fish in the main course had been given too much
