Visited in August 2026. We had the set menu, the juice pairing and a cocktail. All the dishes were good, with a nice balance of tastes and textures, yet none of the dishes was memorable. The overall dining experience was great, with lots of food, nice drinks, and good service, all for a reasonable price.

Had the 12-course evening menu, which is a string of great tasting experiences. They have just switched to the autumn menu, which will run for three months. There is a great focus on quality in the flavors and even though there are several smaller servings, you definitely leave the table full. The service was friendly and attentive. Good and cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. We ate for just over two hours, which just flew by.

We got 12 dishes on a deal. We bought a meat main course for one person, and also got both a cheese serving and a dessert. The food was overall quite good. There was nothing surprising about the dishes, but nothing bad either. Meat and fish were well-cooked and garnishes tasted as they should. The snacks to start the meal with were good and set the stage for a good evening. The only dish that let us down was a tempeh starter, which was dry, tasteless and indifferent. Dessert and cheese serving were good and small enough to round off. We bought a bottle of Barbera for just over 500kr. Which I thought was a really nice price point. However, a small bummer that the vintage on the wine list was not the same as the bottle we got. All in all, the food was quite excellent, but not more than that. The service was as you would expect, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant.

Good food (sandwiches) and smiling and service-minded waiters. Possibility to book a table outside. The place is not that cozy.

We had booked online for 8 pm; I think there was only one table left inside without a reservation. There were several options for dinner: the 12-course menu for 525 DKK, or à la carte (which is actually all the dishes on the menu). I had the smoked salmon and my friend had the tempeh. The service was quite fast; we were there for 1 hour and 15 minutes in total. The dishes were good without being amazing, and not particularly generous. My friend also ordered the potatoes as a side dish, which were quite well seasoned. It was nice when the waiter reminded us what was in our dishes. However, what an unpleasant surprise to see that a pitcher of tap water was charged at 35 DKK per person!

Title: Good food, but heavy indoor climate and understaffed. Unfortunately, they were short-staffed during our visit, which led to a longer waiting time than expected—though the waiters did everything they could and worked hard. It was very hot inside (perhaps an issue with the air conditioning system), and the seating felt a bit cramped, giving it a slight canteen-like atmosphere. As for the food, the main course, which was fish, felt a bit impersonal, though all the side dishes for the fish were good. The rest of the meal was good, without being spectacular or "over the top," with two exceptions: the soybeans were highly interesting and the dessert hit the spot perfectly.

Bought a lunch deal with 2 pieces of open sandwiches, which turned out to be quite ordinary. Have eaten in other places where the level was much better. And the price of water was unheard of - DKK 140 for 4 people, even bought both beer and wine. Not worth the money to eat here.

Their 12-course menu is super delicious and completely different from the menus of many other places. Definitely recommended.

CopenHill

15/09/2026: While cruising with my wife in a boat in the Copenhagen canal, we saw CopenHill (also known as Amager Bakke), which is a state-of-the-art waste recycling plant located in Copenhagen, Denmark, famous for having an artificial ski slope on its roof that is open all year round. In the elevator you can climb to the top to enjoy a wonderful view. Treats about 440,000 tons of waste every year, transforming it into electrical energy and district heating for about 150,000 homes. Designed by studio BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group, the building combines industrial function with a public recreational space. All such covers and walls are found: A synthetic ski slope (covered in Neveplast) is approximately 450 meters long. An hiking trail immersed in greenery. An artificial climbing wall 85 meters high, among the oldest in the world. It uses advanced filtration technologies and is designed to almost completely eliminate harmful emissions and odors, embodying the concept of "urban hedonism". 15/09/2026: It's free, you take the elevator up and see the views of all of Copenhagen. It's nice because it's different, but it's not very touristy; the elevator is a real attraction.
