Amazing service! The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. Order the cheese tasting, they actually take you over to their cheese table and walk you through each option before you pick. The woman guiding us was incredibly knowledgeable and so passionate that she honestly made cheese more interesting than some of the historical sites in Copenhagen. Many reviews mention the signature dishes, but even the simple things, like their potatoes are absolute world class.

We had booked a table through Early Bird and had high expectations for the restaurant and they were met in every way. We had a three course menu consisting of carpaccio with a fine truffle dressing, veal fillet with a fantastic red wine sauce and a creme brulee, which was superb. I understand why One Ten Providence gets great reviews on trust pilot, tripadvisor and Google! They simply understand what good service is, from the moment you walk in the door, until you receive sublimely tasty and prepared food and seasoned with professional and attentive service in a charming room. We sat on the first floor and even managed to experience our charming waiter preparing a pepper sauce for the table next to us, flambéed even, and offered everyone a small taste. What I like best about the restaurant is that nothing is left to chance and you will have an unforgettable evening. Highly recommended

We had a 3-course menu and the food tasted fantastic. It is decorated with some intimate rooms, so there is not much noise which only made the experience better. And then we got great service from our waiter.

We had discovered the restaurant by chance on a side street during an evening stroll last Thursday (July 17th). Since we were still looking for a restaurant for our last evening on Friday, we went in and were warmly welcomed by Björn. We immediately felt welcome, and we were able to reserve a table for Friday (July 18th). Copenhagen is a fascinating city anyway, but the evening at One Ten was the crowning glory.
We sat upstairs, very close together yet super cozy. Our waiter was Ludovic. He left nothing to be desired, answered every question, and we felt truly perfectly looked after by him. The food was extremely good. The veal was fantastic. We had the four-course menu with wine pairing. The wines were in no way inferior to the food. Ludovic's introduction to the cheese varieties was another highlight.
At the end, Björn explained some interesting aspects of Danish history to us as we chatted with him before leaving.
Thanks to the whole team. It really couldn't be better.

We visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago on the last night of our Copenhagen trip. This was the first restaurant that had a table for 6 available and was willing to acommodate our family’s two dogs.
This was hands down the best dinner we had on the entire trip and easily sets this place amongst my all time favorite french restaurants. Food was absolutely stellar and clearly crafted with passion.
The highlight of all of the main courses were the sauces. They reduce their stocks to a marmalade-like consistency, which is then used as a basis for their sauces and lends itself to these intense, umami rich demi-glaces that absolutely stole the show.
They also accommodate vegetarians and the non-meat option for the main course was also wonderful and felt in-theme with the menu and the rest of the dishes.
One definitive highlight of the dinner was the service. If you are interested in how things are prepared and why they are prepared that way and where ingredients are from and what sets those ingredients apart from the others, this place definitively delivers. Top notch attentive and friendly service and the pride they have for the food being offered is clearly on display.
