Dining at Pirates' Inn was a disappointment. It's worth noting that the food is very tasty and beautifully presented; the salads, meats, potatoes, grains, and ice cream are all of high quality. However, finding the exact same menu for four consecutive nights is unacceptable for a hotel of this category and price. Furthermore, charging exorbitant prices for drinks separately is a serious mistake. Due to the lack of variety and the extra costs, I don't recommend booking the buffet or the all-inclusive dinner at the hotel; eating out is much better and offers more variety.

After reading many poor reviews, we had low expectations; we just wanted to finally eat something, as nearby restaurants are very expensive and the portions are small. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious (especially the salmon and roasted meats with a choice of two sauces), the kids also found their favorites (nuggets, meatballs, Lego fries, pizza), and we finished the meal with delicious homemade ice cream with a nice selection of toppings.

The restaurant is located in Legoland Village Holiday Park.
We booked breakfast along with our accommodations.
Around €40 for two adults and one child isn't cheap, but compared to the prices for food in the area, it's actually quite reasonable.
The buffet is plentiful and the quality is good. After 9 a.m., it gets crowded, and the buffet area becomes quite noisy.
On the plus side: the bacon is cooked perfectly, which many hotels struggle with. The eggs are runny on the inside and firm on the outside, just as they should be.
The coffee from the machines is so-so.
Note: drinks are not included in the price of the all-you-can-eat dinner buffet. Paying for just two drinks makes it more expensive than the Castle Hotel, where the selection is significantly better and all drinks are included.

Good reasonably priced place to eat for the family. The bad thing was that no drinks were included in the buffet, not even water!

Drinks not included, so be wary of that. It's good quality buffet style dinner. Does what it says on the tin, I imagine it can be chaos when busy. I went right at opening time, so was ok.
Ice cream station wasn't turned on or ready so had to wait for that.

A wide selection of food. Cold cuts, cheeses, sausages, bacon, fruit, etc. You can make your own pancakes on large platforms. Cool place.

Buffet dinner with decent variety of tasty food. Atmosphere a bit deem, low lights and personnel just for basic service. Food reasonably priced for Danish standards, expensive for anyone of non Scandinavian origin. In any case, positive experience and would recommend for people visiting Legoland.
